Corn beef and pastrami are meats that not everyone can get right. For example Coopers in Newark, NJ or Katz Deli, Carnegie Deli they get it right. Like there's a different taste to the Irish corn beef and the Jewish corn beef. You can't hide the expression on your face when you don't like something. Hi, Matt! From my understanding, a Poutine consists of cheese curds smothered in a brown gravy over potato fries. But, grated cheese over hot potato fries ... you can't go wrong. LOL! Truffle Fries sounds delicious! What's interesting about Pastrami and Corned Beef sammies is that you need mustard (my fave is spicy-brown) and dill pickles as sides to keep your mouth watering should they taste dry. I got a nice little townhouse, in a below average neighborhood, good neighbors, 2 nice used cars, and a very loyal and big hearted wife. All three of my kids are boys and they live with me and they’re teenagers, and they’re all honor roll students. That’s enough about me! I just want to let you know that I’m really happy whenever you bring the kids along, because they seem like such good kids and got good personalities too! I was very surprised to see you guys with a duck poutine? That’s a very unusual dish to order for young people, and for all Old people. I know Canadians love poutine, it’s like french fries or onion rings to them? You know it’s not fair of you to compare your corn beef sandwich, because you live in New York, and near New York City, and these cities are some of the biggest and best salted meat, deli capitals of the world!
