Thank you for showcasing this beautiful journal. I loved the colors and all your beautiful touches. You have inspired me to add ruffles and trim to my journal I am working on. Blessings from Missouri.
Beth, this is my favorite season and I couldn’t wait to see your firsts Autumn themed flip flop journal. This is gorgeous! Tfs! Happy Crafting! Michelle/byBruton
Hi Beth, your journal is absolutely gorgeous l just love autumn colours and the beautiful wallpaper digitals are stunning. Thank you so much for sharing ❤
What a beautiful journal Beth! I love all the layers and the gorgeous fall colors. The textiles and trims are just scrumptious - yep, it makes me anxious to start on fall projects! Thanks for such a beautiful share.
Thanks so much! They do on mine as well but if you rub them in a Kleenex or paper towel a bit it helps reduce the transfer. I kind of like it though as I feel it enhances the look I’m going for. Thanks for watching 😀
I also watch a lot of people on TH-cam craft. I like them, but it is also difficult for me to find my own identity. How did you manage to find yours and you make similar journals. I just can’t seem to stick with one theme. X🌸X
@@gillwinship5278 that’s a great question! I’ve been crafting journals for about 10 years now and my style has definitely evolved as I gained experience and worked on different projects. When I started making journals I did a lot of swaps on junk journal junkies and that was helpful as they were typically themed. Honestly I just do what appeals to me and choose things that I like. When I work on a project I go through my vintage papers and digital items to see what appeals to me at the time. I have found that if I use things I like, it all usually goes together! I think it takes time to settle into a style that is comfortable. I knew by seeing projects on line that I did not care for anything too frilly or fussy, or anything too grungy or masculine and defined my style from there. I have always liked balance so I typically do projects that have colours in a similar intensity, preferring things to blend. ( eg I would not use black stitching on a project.) Its a great idea to watch videos and stalk Pinterest and instagram, and save the things that appeal to you. You will likely start to see some commonality and you can start to work from there. I’m not sure that answers your question but I hope I’ve given you a bit of insight into how I worked this out and maybe a few tips! I’m working on a project now and when I do my flip through I think I will talk more about this as I think it’s a great question! Thanks so much for being a part of my channel and for watching!💕
@@bethsjournalboutique2637 Thank you so much for your answer, it was helpful. I do watch channels with my different creators I like. I think that’s why I get confused. People I love, including you are, Tracy Fox, Rachel at Roxy Creations, 507 Willow House Journals, Wendy adventures. . Are among the top people, but as you can see, they are all different. Maybe, when I get myself sorted, I could send you are journal and see what you think. That’s up to you though. Let me know. Thank you much for your time. X🌸X

Beautiful as always. Just a quick question, how come your rusty paper clips don’t leave rust stains on your print outs. Mine do. 😢X🌸X
Thanks so much! They do on mine as well but if you rub them in a Kleenex or paper towel a bit it helps reduce the transfer. I kind of like it though as I feel it enhances the look I’m going for. Thanks for watching 😀
