Episode 3 is my favorite in season 2 because it has the most action, the best boss in the game, a life changing storyline, interesting monsters, and the fact it takes place in a PRISION in an entire separate world type!
The fact that the hero jesse that defeated the witherstorm can't stop romeo and it's beyond his control makes it interesting. Obviously we all know the main protagonist will win eventually, but it's the question of how are they going to stop the admin. And episode 2 was the turning point, which episode 3 carried on with unexpected dangers.
This is one of, if not the best episode in the ENTIRE series in the Minecraft Story Mode trilogy, period. It was great music(obviously), the setting has a creepy dark tone to it, we get to experience Jesse and his/her friends trying to escape prison, we get to meet Xara: a tragic character, and in the best addition to this entire episode: the F*cking Three-Headed Ghast (Ghasther). The way you fight this boss has you deflecting fireballs, running while deflecting fireballs, more ghasts appear throughout the battle, you get to jump on the Ghast's heads like platforms, and finally finish the Three-Headed Ghast with your sword stabbing its weakpoint. This blew me away when this episode first came out back in 2017 and its still mind boggling to this day. I gotta say, this episode is fire.
