HEY MATT!!! Nice cover along time ago I had a question and u answered it so I have another! My question is do u ever get worried about the cosmetics or your cymbals and drums cracking or do u focus on skill and the sound and if ur cymbals cracked would u still upload and drum for fun😊

Thanks! Good question. So if a drum head cracks I definitely will change it right away. Cymbals are trickier. I've had cymbals crack that you couldn't even tell and still sounded amazing for months. And vice versa some crack and they sounded terrible pretty fast. So I play that one by ear but if I'm doing a session for someone else I wont use a cracked cymbal. If its for my video just depends. Most of the time no cracked cymbals in my videos. But my drum tip is if you have cracked cymbals and fresh ones change them out for practice vs recording. I'll use cracked ones sometimes when i'm practicing etc. Then put the good ones on to record. Helps them last longer for me!
