Thank you! The instructions were less than complete and I’m beginning to turn to TH-cam for help! And here you are and mine is ready for testing...after I finish my coffee!
Thank you, your video explained exactly what I needed to know to quickly and confidently assemble the trimmer. The print in the manual is way too small to read let alone understand, thanks again!
I love Green works battery powered outdoor equipment, but that particular model w/ the motor on the head & the bulky protector shield, it's got to be very heavy & fatiguing! It would also be costly for attachments! because you'd have to get an attachment with a motor on it every time, because the motor is down below & not up top w/ the battery where it should be! They fixed all that with their later models.
Thank you very much for the video. The instructions weren't worth much. I couldn't figure out at first how to raise the angle of the handle. I could see from your video that once you rotate the button with the arrow 90 degrees it goes from rotating the head to rotating the vertical angle of the handle.
This video is much, much more useful than the Greenworks instruction book that came with this trimmer. Greenworks should owe you.
thank you! the instructions were incomplete for sure and your video helped us figure it out!

I love mine!
I used it and I really like it!
Very clear and useful video for us. Thank you.

And I am having issues with smaller print on some stuff, meaning I need better light to read them. :o
Thank you SO much! Great instructions.
You are welcome, we finally dug ours out for spring.

Huh,never thought of that, we use it only as a weed wacker, and the weight balanced by head and battery work out for us.
Thank you
You are Welcome!
did you figure out your problem of on for a few seconds then off on fully charged battery on mower?
Not sure what you mean? We've had no issues with it operating this year.
how do you disassemble the shaft/coupling?
I'll have to get back to you on that one, it's in the garage, I'll take peak.
Is there a way to shorten or lengthen the shaft? Could not see a way to adjust it.
No there is not.
How do you advance line
It should be auto advancing. Every time it stops and goes.
Bruh my trimmer didn’t come w a battery tough luck
Ours didn’t either - we have the 40v mower that takes the same battery and found one on a local buy and sell for $25
