The quality is good but this video looks a bit blurry. Do you have a big oily fingerprint on the lens while filmining? It looks like that somehow - espescially on the right side

Most area in Bangkok, I believe Langsuan area is probably the best area to live/stay. It is nice, clean and well kept with lots of good restaurants.
I stayed at Center hotel in 2014, nice and spacious rooms and fair price.

If you have a building with mostly 1 bedroom units, then there are mostly no children.
