    You deserve wayyyy more subscribers than you already have ; this is the channel I've been looking for ever since I started animating. Excellent content and tutorials, very well explained, and you covered super specific stuff that I haven't seen anyone else do. Literally my life savior !

      Wow, thanks! Welcome aboard! 😄 But that's basically our thought process, we're asking ourselves: "if our past selves see this, would they appreciate it". So, we're creating content that our past selves would benefit from 😄 Now, if only there's a way our past selves can see our videos 😄

      Haha.. Glad you liked this. 😄 We're surprised with other animators too. It's really interesting to know other people's process. Even if you're already animating for quite a while, you'll still learn something new. 😊

    very clear explanation! thanks for tips and trick. I chose with the addition of after effects because I'm often inaccurate when drawing😂 agree that if the work is complex, there will be lots of layers in the after effects.

    • @plainlysimple
      @plainlysimple  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, agreed! We end up with this technique because sometimes getting a more accurate drawing can take up a lot of time. With this technique it can be done faster 😄

    this remembers me a tutorial what I saw a many years ago, from @edwinrowin when he do a frame by frame animation intire with shapelayers and keyframes and that looks so insane to me, this tutorial makes me learn animation and motion graphics and now I see something like that much similar, so crazy

    • @plainlysimple

      I haven’t checked out his videos yet but will do. It would be interesting to see other people’s process. For sure, we’re not only ones who do this technique. And it would be interesting to see the differences and subtleties between each process. But I hope this tutorial was still helpful and hopefully it gave you more insight into the process 😊
