Your instructions worked flawlessly on my 2017 Durango GT. Can't begin to tell you how much time you saved me as I was trying to do it from the top of the engine bay. Thank you!!
Thank you from NY, your tutorial on changing the left side turn signal was spot on!!! I also saved almost 400 dollars plus tax from the dealership for 5/6 minutes of work.
Thank you!!! You just saved me $75-$100 because that's what they told me they'd charge at the dealership to change my headlight bulb. Did it myself in about 10 minutes!
It's a darn shame that they don't put this in the owner's manual. I just went looking for info to change my bulb & there's this caution that they need to be changed by a professional. I then got an estimate from a local shop for $92!! Yeah! Your vid just saved me $92 for my 2012 Durango. Will be changing my bulb tomorrow. THANK YOU. Subscribed.
great content, very calm, not yelling at us, I just bought a 2012 Durango with the Hemi and wanted to replace my headlights, thanks for saving me hours of time!
My 2014 Durango drivers side head light stopped working, saw this video and changed the bulb, still did'nt work, so thought the problem could be the ballast, got a new ballast (400$) and changed it ( not as easy as the bulb changing), still same problem - did'nt work. Finally checked the fuse, voila the fuse was out - changed it and worked perfectly. It is fuse# 57 for the drivers side head light. So my suggestion would be check the fuse first before looking at changing the bulb. Hope this info helps.
I love this video I also love your comment because I was about to actually a change the bulb and sometimes I go through all the trouble changing something when it's always could be a fuse first thank you

Just a quick warning .. if you have a 2018 and newer Dodge with HID light, it is not so easy to remove the light once you get the dust boot off. The space in there is very limited. They have some additional plastic thing to the left of the dust boot the limits the space quite significantly !! All the best.

I can't get that cap out. There is just not enough room. Ended up removing the air box assembly in order to access it from the top. Even then it's a struggle. That connector is very difficult to disengage. Really can't imagine how you do it through that access hole.

I have a 2017 Dodge Durango GT and need to replace the bulb on the front right headlamp. The car has HID lights and the dealer is trying charge me over $320 to replace it. I’m pretty confident I can change it myself, but there seems to be a great deal of bulb replacement choices. What the best possible HID bulb replacements without breaking the bank so close to the holidays? Is it advisable to change both or just the one that needs replacement? Will the lights match? I’d really like to avoid having a nice bright white light next to a yellow dim one.
Hello I have a 2018 Dodge Durango GT. my headlight bulbs ( factory set)during the night time appear very dim( color: yellow). I have to always turn on my fog lights for assistance. But that doesn’t help me. What could have happened to my headlight bulbs? What brighter bulbs could I replace that with so that I don’t have to strain my eyes during night time driving? should those headlight bulbs be the OEM or different manufacture to give brighter light? I want to have white brighter headlight?

Hello thanks for the video it really helps me, question i have a 2016 and sometimes i have problems to turn it on after i get to my job, i have to try it a few times and then it works anyone had the same problem
There is no easy answer to that, computer needs to be scanned for errors and cods, even if you don't have check engine light, it can still have lower level codes and errors, take it to dealer or good quality shop with good scanners, have them check it, that's how I would start
Unfortunately this is not for the stock HID bulbs that my 2015 came with. They are very different connections than this and the wires are super short so you can't even pull it out far enough to see how to disconnect.
