I'm the craziest fan of Mizan vai since my childhood. He has a glorious past with lots of success stories.
But his recent songs have simple & weak lyrics and simple music play. I find that Mizan vai nowadays. I love his voice but not with cheap lyrics & simple music.
Tomake, Purnota, Bose Achi, Joto Dure, Protikkha, Alo, Somoy, all songs of Pothochola.
@@mahbubalam107 Oh, I must agree that being one of the biggest fans of Mizan, I don't think the song structure and genre of his new songs are doing him any favor. But I have few speculations that I'm going to share in the next few paragraphs.
First, the simplicity could be due to marketing. An average person in Bangladesh wouldn't be able to comprehend the aggressive vocals of Mizan, especially his high-pitched screams. If you look into the pop world, most songs have simple lyrics, a very ordinary backing track, but LOTS of popularity. Mizan fused rock with pop for his new songs to balance both worlds.
Warfaze, being a controversial band for following the Western style and having Illuminati symbol in their album cover, was a risky move, and Mizan can't take such risks anymore since he's much older, has crossed the prime stage of his career, and so on. And now Mizan is working with solo song-writers, not bands.
I miss his heavy metal and hard rock songs that were long and had a fairly complex structure with lots of twists and turns, such as Rupkotha. Even Mizan himself often mixed up the lyrics live on stage. But sadly, only a small group of people love them considering the popularity of Warfaze and the population of Bangladesh.
However, as I said, some of his new songs, such as Abhiman, are well-crafted and more suited for the general public (usually men though) than his Warfaze songs, such as Bewarish, which is usually only listened by the fans of the hard rock genre. You can tell that from the popularity it gained over a short time.
This is just my observation and thought. I wonder if Mizan is willing to take the financial risk of producing his own music in his style and create a masterpiece like Bewarish again. In the musical world, it's surely a mystery as to why legendary song-writers and composers like Axl Rose from Guns N' Roses could come up with legendary songs like Estranged in the 90s but stay away from songwriting completely for the next 30+ years!
The more I'm listening, the more I'm falling in love with this song! Mizan bhai, you're truly one of the best Bangladesh has to offer!
