      Wow, didn't go to school much did you? I learned literally all of this by like 6th grade? Must be pretty slow in life if you just learned this from basic white girl youtube lol. Literally where white girls go to learn how to cook

      interesting points ,if anyone else needs to find out about anatomy and physiology study help try Anatomy Blueprint Pro (just google it ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my neighbor got great results with it.

Everyone under 30 might as well be slow, cause none of you clearly understand the marriage of internet, education, and self development, so badly to the point I'm probably more educated than you while spending 200 grand less and putting my life in never ending debt the second I turned 19 lol

    The spine contains 33 vertebrae, but in terms of bones, it contains 26 bones, because the sacral and coccygeal vertebrae come in a fused form.

    Hi. I would love a list of do not's for the spine. Example: if you have injury or stenosis in the T1-12 do not make this movement. People with injury to the cervical spine presumably should not put excessive pressure on neck, etc. Love the vid

    Does an MRI that shows moderate foramenal narrowing be the definitive site for nerve impingement resulting in nerve pain radiating down the arm. Can the impingement be from muscles or other soft tissue instead? How does one determine that?
