Loretta Lynn and Kitty Wells both had long careers and many c & w hits , Brenda Lee musicially covered country , blues , and rock n' roll. k.d started off playing country and was a big Patsy Cline fan , she brought a lot of energy to country music and it was known as country punk. After a few years of making some really fine records and not being accepted by the traditional c & w audience she changed her style of music and had a big hit with Constant Craving. You can tell she's having a great time singing with this legends.

Loretta Lynn, the smaller dark haired one, started writing and singing as a young teenaged bride, writing and singing her own songs and becoming a much loved country icon. Brenda Lee has sang for years and had "teen age" hits in the rock and roll days. And kd lang , well, want can you say, she's amazing.

Class Act! Kitty Wells seems a little uncomfortable, but she gives it her best shot. I like how at around 2:40 or so KD gives Loretta a little nudge to move out from in front of Kitty. Their voices blend beautifully.
If you look at the pictures down the right hand side of the page I noticed that she can sing with just about everybody and in most genres. If you can find it on here somewhere, watch her at the Olympics singing Hallelujah - the second best rendition of that song I've ever heard. She is truly an amazing talent.
