Impressive Putty Mix is a lower cost, re-usable version of the typical silicone mold putty. Instead of only being able to make 1 mold with the putty, you can make as many as you want.
The mix just means you have to heat and mix the Putty the first time to make a smooth texture.

Correct, the activator (the liquid) that allows the Putty to be remelted also acts as a mold release. Andi If your putty dries out, use a touch of vegetable oil as the mold release. Thank you! Stan from ComposiMold
