Maybe theyre going the Chrome 24 Update route and replacing Blasters with Mega boxes and also cutting out hangers/fat packs as there is no mention of the parallels rhat are found in those types of releases.
The Series 1 odds are right on par with years past with a few changes since Stars of the MLB has more parallels now. Checklist is less than desirable imo. Real One autos make Flagship debut. These will help some. A few of the players I collect will be in Series 2. I do like the tougher odds on some of the inserts.
You might want to go back and watch everything I’ve said since July. 100% correct. Grip would confirm. Been in this hobby for 45 years. Maybe I work in the hobby???
I can only pray that production is down versus last year because they are reducing the total number of numbered cards (blue, purple, green having major print reductions, no more mother's day and father's day, black?) so it's going to feel like there are fewer hits. Whatever you feel about the decision to do this, I think series 1 is going to feel disappointing unless the auto hits are higher and with good names.
I am planning on purchasing from Topps tomorrow for the first time. Hopefully ill be able to get 2 cases of jumbos and 2 cases of hobbies and may get a jumbo and hobby box. What scares me is that going between the products and missing out but I will be on and ready 5 mins before pre order opens
Everyone talks about how expensive boxes have gotten and that's true...but when I was a kid, we bought packs and made our collections that way with lawn mowing money, newspaper delivery earnings, and allowance....Yes, I was a 70s and 80s GEN-X brat.
How much do you think the mega boxes will go for on the secondary market?
Already ordered some boxes I hope its better than it looks
Hobby store's will be pre-ordering as well because their allocation has been cut so drastically. Fanatics is really trying to push out hobby shops.
Just got into the hobby last year and preordered for the first time. Hopefully the mega box is good.
Thank you for the update ❤️
Nice homework assignment!

Could it be they will announce something after release that will drive demand?
First timer, getting into the hobby tomorrow. 😅
God bless your soul
jumbo boxes are $179.99 and there are three cases hobby jumbo and mega cases
Did he even look at Topps site or just repeat what a buddy told him.
@@krismaynard8380 I have no clue lol

Where are the odds so I can see them?
@@GripnRipSportsCards They havnt released the odds or checklist yet, i dont know why anyone would pre-order with no checklist. Insane.
I can promise you some of us have seen the checklist and odds. Can’t give away all my secrets.
@@Astros-cy4us me and my Paul Skenes Debut patch i have next to me are laughing.

Maybe the mega boxes are taking place of the fat packs and single retail packs???

I’m thinking I will wait til update comes out in October not sure on series 1.
It's not weird for blasters if they are gonna be retail only probably.
Here's hoping I can get a hobby box.
Brent Rooker hitting at least 60 homers for the A's.
Not to excited about series 1. Im in the singles game now.
Collecting shoes and cards is a hard hobby to keep up 😭
since I'm a broke high schooler, I just bought a mega box lol
Thinking of 2 jumbos, but not sure of the value.
Honestly I’d just look at the odds and make the decision based on that
I am buying nothing cause the class is crap, instead I'm stocking up on 24 udpate
