This is great. There's so many out there that are all about Percy being troubled, or struggling with darkness. This is just about Vox Machina being a family, and I love it.
this really reminded me of how much I loved Percy's relationship with Keyleth in this series. That "I think you're damn worthy" always gets me, such a sweet friendship
Little details I've noticed. Percy starts the video with a frown and ends it with a smile. Grog offers his support to percy so much in the clips shown pretty much every clip of him has him put his hand on percy's shoulder.
Something I came to realize watching the campaign, Grog isn't a man of many words. Not big ones anyway. He's not smart. "I have an intelligence of 6. I think I know what I'm doing" for context 10 is average. 6 gives a negative buff to any intelligence rolls. -2 or -3 I believe. My point is he's not a man of brains, he's a man of action. And actions soak louder than words and volumes of one's character. Grog might be a stone cold killer and as smart as that stone but he cares about his friends in his own way and he makes sure they know it
It never hit me how young he was until someone pointed out in twitter that he was one of the youngest in the group. And watching the series just really nailed that to me. So glad you included the moments where his age showed. 1:09 and at 1:45 broke my heart As Chetney would say "You're so young."

But that was after a time skip of 1 year, and prior to the campaign they mentioned they had a half a year time skip at some point. So when the party first found him. He was probably 26 or 27 maybe 25 if the timing just lined ip

1:42 Damm we just started watching this series with my sister with 0 spectations because we thought it was just another show... Boy we were wrong... We finished season 1 yesterday and it was beautiful!!! ❤ The vengeance theme and how it can consume you from the inside... It even helped me let go so many things I've been hiding inside....I know it's just a story but damn seeing Percy happy at the end of season one gives me hope that I can also maybe one day in the future I might finally be able to move on from so many sh*t... Thank you for the video ❤
i've been playing this video on repeat for days. i love it so, so much. it fits so well and makes me emotional about Percy and Vox Machina. This is one of those amvs that is Forever gonna be associated with this song, no matter where else I might hear it. SO well done!!! Thank you so so much for making it!
I love this show and Percy is an amazing character, but then they all are because they are a team and bring out the best in each other. I am really looking forward to season 2 and seeing them work together again to defeat the Chroma Conclave.
Percy started off as kind of a nothing character then with the words 'Lord and Lady Briarwood...' Taliesin's face changed, wheels spun and No Mercy Percy became by far the most awesome character in the party.
@@sambeckett2428 I suspect he will be a less central character in season two, but i hope I'm wrong as Percy is such an interesting character. I hope we get a dozen more season of this amazing show. I really do feel like we are living in a golden age of adult animation right now and this show is proof of that.
im surprised no mentioned 1:50 , where they are talking about the names and how there is an empty one, and Percy's shadow is holding the gun to his head.

Honestly…. WOW!!! No words….. It is rare when you see a video like this and I must say you handled it perfectly. The scenes were perfect timing, especially when the rest of the group is shown comforting Percy. Congrats You Have Earned It!!!
I have to say since I came across your music video it has made me end up watching vox machina! I wasn't interested at first when the trailer came out cause I thought it was just gonna be a comedy cartoon. One of my favourites now! plus percy is my favourite thank you!
