INGREDIENTS:
Shark fish/ Sura - 1Kg
Turmeric powder - 2tsp
Onion - 4
Green Chillies - 6
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 10 cloves
Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
Pepper Powder - 2tsp
Chilli powder - 1tsp
Coriander Powder - 1tsp
Spring Onions
Curry Leaves
Oil
Salt
