    Forgive me for asking, but as Mr. or Ms. Sucks below pointed out, there really being no actual boots on the ground oversight, shouldn't the FAA and the NTSB be liable when something totally preventable cause an accident or worse? I assume such cases would then be classed otherwise for the obvious, I suppose.

      Perhaps, but that might also compromise the neutrality of said agencies.

    750 pg FMCSA book, and no section on reporting violations. Have a 1/3 of the book on doctors procedures on drug testing.
    Not 1 phone#, no agency to report violations to, go on the website, and there is NOTHING that shows any urgency, in an EMERGENCY!!!!
