She definitely didn't agree to go this short ... it's clear from the first seconds, when she nods her head when the stylist shows her what seemed to be a bob.
But in the end the stylist cuts her hair into a pixie. Anyway, there's no going back now, luckly she's pretty either way.

I strongly believe that her intention / expectation was the bob. However, the stylist gave her the pixie, hence her shock at the end.

She asked for a bob and the hairstylist made her look like a soccer mom. It aged her 20 years. She has a pretty face so if I were her I would slick it back while it grows out again. I would definitely not have it cut by that stylist again. He gave her a 1980's "mom" haircut.

The Hairstylist did a wonderful short cut with highlights. Really a good look on this lady. Ladies think long hair is stylish but truthfully make some women look old and haggard. This cut is youthful.😊

I have this exact hair cut and I couldn't be happier. I have psoriasis through my scalp which was exacerbated by my dying my hair from grey to blond so this haircut also has made it easier to manage my scalp problem. I decided to let the dyed hair grow out and in so doing, it has revealed that I have white hair on the top of my head and grey around the perimeter so it looks two toned. Looks really cool. The weather is getting colder here now so I have to put up with the cold in my neck now but it's a small price to pay. I've never had such short hair but it looks amazing and people have said it makes me look younger. So easy to manage too.
You could always put a scarf around your neck when it's cold😊
@@jacquelinelewis3131 True, and thank you for the advice, but to be honest, I hate having anything around my neck. Can't wear turtlenecks for that reason. I have become used to the shorter hair now and don't have a problem with a cold neck.

I’m as you say, “Long boring brown hair”, 😠 and I’m Native American about medium skin, more light than dark skin. I don’t think blonde would look good on me, so there’s very few options. When I use to do short it was “short boring brown hair”, although it’s very dark and shiny so I have something in my favor.
Any suggestions ?? I have a round face shape, but not chubby round just round with beautiful eyes. I need a change. 🥰
