For triplets I like to use single strokes as much as possible, which means you end up leading with your weaker hand sometimes. Experiment with different sticking though and see what makes you play most accurately. If another triplet sticking like RRL or RLL flows better, then do that.
0:00 Level 1 - quarter notes, half notes, 8th notes
1:58 Level 2 - quarter rests, 8th rests
3:55 Level 3 - eighth triplets, syncopation, dotted quarters
6:05 Level 4 - ties
8:15 Level 5 - sixteenth notes
10:41 Level 6 - all levels combined
