Safe delivery ! Gym at the 2nd month isn't advisable may be small small walking.. imagine you will cut weight eat for 1 drink for 2 snatch your stomach , breastfeeding will help alot .. I'm a 3rd time mom I start gym at 6mnths when my bones are already strong
