I even messaged him on Facebook, and thanked him for his service to our country, years and years later, and apologized for all that happened between us, even though it was his fault. He read my message, and ignored me. But, he DID get his ass beat pretty badly a few hours after sucker punching me, by my other really good friend, who got me into mma. Witnesses told me he begged my friend to stop, and literally cried. So I did get some justice.
