FYI- In Yoga its important to fast during an eclipse, if you can do a cleanse to empty your gut. Bathe after the eclipse and only eat food that you prepare after (no left overs from before the eclipse). I happened to look what they wrote in my country about the president of Peru (after reading your comment, I live abroad)) and they wrote that the presidrnt resigned because the government of Peru is corrupted. They said nothing about a dictator. Also I read something about the elections of the US in our Finnish newspapers. They write something like „Trump still resists honest (obs the word „honest“) elections“ etc. and nothing, nothing at all about other things that are happening there! Nothing. They just tell that Trump is a stupid idiot who childishly cannot accept that he lost the HONEST and chrystal clear elections. ???!!! 😱 I see that in my country, they guide people to socialicm. I do not believe that Trump is so stupid, before the result is clear. I think if he really loses, he goes. A man who can make billions businesses, can negotiate, build, give jobs to people, cannot be an idiot. A common sense should tell it, really. If I was not in FB and had Anerican friends, or TH-cam I would know nothing real.

The energies have been throwing me into wild pendulum swings -- one minute a glimmer of hopefulness, the next dashed into an abyss of chaos and fear, then an overwhelming rush of love. it would probably be best if we refrained from any political issues right now, as the 'truth is subjective', maintaining our own higher vibration is to step back and be aware and then choose to view it from the "higher frequency" which isn't really HIGHER, just perhaps more refined...that way you can move out of judgement about good/bad right/wrong - that's what is collapsing now too. Refining our frequency is going to take maintenance... best foods, water, meditation, rest... when it seems to difficult to stop the inner negative chatter... imagine being able to talk all the tone out of it, soften it, make it a rippling stream, bird song...and really let it go. Let the inner mind become empty of the polarized thinking and let yourself float into a very different vibration. I listen with a mix of hope and despair, true it seems that things are getting tighter and we are getting squeezed into a different shape...governments and their servants the media add a myriad of layers to confuse us further....I often ask myself what is the truth of it all, we have many difficulties with what is happening at the moment politically, pandemically, economically, the many agendas that overlay everything is only a fraction of the truth, on that particular day that it is told! My plans for this day is to spend the day in meditation at a Day Spa, in the tranquil sanctuary, Himalayan salt room, sauna & jacuzzi. it would probably be best if we refrained from any political issues right now, as the 'truth is subjective', maintaining our own higher vibration is to step back and be aware and then choose to view it from the "higher frequency" which isn't really HIGHER, just perhaps more refined...that way you can move out of judgement about good/bad right/wrong - that's what is collapsing now too. Refining our frequency is going to take maintenance... best foods, water, meditation, rest... when it seems to difficult to stop the inner negative chatter... imagine being able to talk all the tone out of it, soften it, make it a rippling stream, bird song...and really let it go. Let the inner mind become empty of the polarized thinking and let yourself float into a very different vibration. We can all hold a higher frequency, we've done it many times in our life, and it feels so great when you do...

I listen with a mix of hope and despair, true it seems that things are getting tighter and we are getting squeezed into a different shape...governments and their servants the media add a myriad of layers to confuse us further....I often ask myself what is the truth of it all, we have many difficulties with what is happening at the moment politically, pandemically, economically, the many agendas that overlay everything is only a fraction of the truth, on that particular day that it is told! SHIFT is continuous. Freedom is becoming anachy. Retrograde is sideways and not backwards, like treading water until the obstruction has moved out of the way, is how I think of it. Exaggeration rules. Yoga in its simplicity helps, if you can find peace to practise it, no interruptions, switch off. Keeping sane and tolerant is paramount, but excitement is the last thing I need.
