Iya, talk to these estate contractors to build tall. They should not completely used up all our lands in Lagos for duplexes.
I wish they were flat roofs and at list, 4 bedrooms, don't really care about the boys quarter but will definitely like a little more space for the kids to play.

Simplicity can be elegant, no need for all the ‘gold’. Unlike most houses I’ve seen, this house has a lot of natural light coming in without turning on the lights. Master bedroom could have a better and bigger closet (wardrobe). That’s too small for one person. The kitchen is small, the room adjacent, the pantry should have been an extension of the kitchen for more cabinets. How negotiable are the prices of these homes?
I agree with you to some extent and here are my observations as well.
1. The developer should have worked around two colours at least for the exterior by painting the columns a colour that compliments white.
2. The interior is generally white I expect that the architraves of the doors should be any shade of brown,grey or oak.
3. Judging from this video,the skirting of the floor tiles is not visible enough, its hidden, maybe because of the monolithic colour.
4. The king sized bed in the master bedroom can be moved farther away from the window,its obstructing the illumination and maybe ventilation depending.
@@bukolamoses come to think of it, the interior walls should be painted they and the doors white and the front door, red. I like red front doors or some other strong color. The oak doors don’t do it for me anymore. Let’s home the person who buys it will put some potted plants in front of the house for some contrast. These young builders are doing some fantastic work in the building industry. I’m impressed.

But with a few tweaks here and there, it could be. All of the gold nonsense has to go, the front door is boring oak or mahogany, it should be painted with a bold color, like red and the sterile white interior, painted grey, medium shade. They could put crown moldings in the rooms and improve the kitchen layout. I’m getting carried away here. I hope these builders read these comments so they can improve the next project.
