that's gotta be sooo frustrating, having trained your whole life for these few minutes and then effing up. That being said, there are some girls who managed to pull off decent recoveries, whereas others are so lost it ends up looking a little clumsy.

Son yeon jae’s clubs routine in London was cursed 😢 she looked like she was about to cry at 4:00.. but in Rio it was her best scoring routine. So sad for her not able to get a medal.
They rewatched it in infinite challenge and she was full of regret when her clubs got played again. I've been loving yeon jae and have mostly watched all of her videos on TH-cam. Even in Olympics 2016, when Ganna wash announced as third placer, her face tells everything that she's sad, and I could not bear it.

Thank you for the video! Great work as usual! Can't help but feel it was a really bad day for Ulyana Trofimova (probably due to her leg injury) and for Anna Alabyeva. And Neta in the beginning just broke my heart! She is so consistent in work with the apparatus usually. Son's mistake with clubs did not let her get a bronze.
Think the funniest is when Frankie Jones loses her clubs while doing the fouttes because she doesn't have any idea of where the club could have landed, and the most disastrous mistakes without doubt Anna Alyabyeva with clubs only if she could have nailed she would have been in the final

As a rhythmic gymnast I can relate that these fails are so frustrating. They do so hard things and it's okay to fail sometimes. Most girls will just start to cry
