Another great vid. Just completed brake pipe replacement on my '68 mini. I will be replacing all braking components when my moke resto starts. Looking forward to your next episode .
My mini settled quite a bit after ~6 months and 500km. I would recommend taking measurements of how far you wound out the hi-los... and see what different it makes by adjusting it just a couple of turns (e.g. 2-3 threads). I also use the "how many fingers can I fit between the tyre and wheel arch measurement. I had to go up from 2.5-4 fingers to make sure my catalytic convertor didn't scrape on some of the local speed bumps (1998 Rover JP import mini).

My Mini is sitting a bit high at the front after a recent restoration and wondering if High Lows at the front would solve that problem?
Hi-lo's would solve ride height issues, but the height will change as the rubber donuts settle in.

Aren't those the incorrect type of flare. they should be a double type using a special brake pipe flaring tool.
By single I mean SAE single (bubble) and double flares on the female nuts. The tool I use is capable but takes time.
