Thank you FSG. We used to farm a lot of wheat with just one combine, so I role play with just one combine. I have used 3 on a huge map with 3 unloaders loading into a huge bin. From there two trucks carting from there to a silo. That worked flawlessly. CoursePlay has come so far, with unloading combines. FS25 is even better than FS22. I just have a AD route to the field and CP does the rest. The pre-call now works a treat. Of course, with more than one combine the wheels begin to fall off. Ah, thank you FSG. This was the main reason I was waiting for course was to use multiple vehicles. I thought they hadn't added the function yet because it was still in Beta and the feature was still coming. Didn't think to turn on "Advanced". The setting to keep the pipe on the left side at all times is also very useful, didn't know that was possible. Also didn't know Autodrive had been released. This was a very informative video. Please do tutorials on that too when you have the time. Thanks again for the time you put into these videos. Prosperous 2025!

Thank you. I have seen that Courseplay does go a little nuts sometimes. I've lost a combine lol. Well i found it later, buti went to te field where it was harvesting, and it was gone. It decided to just go straight at some point, and ended up quite a way away against a tree. That was quite funny, reminded me of a similar incident on a neighboring farm where i grew up. The farm worker lost a tractor. He was driving a little too fast, the rear wheel hit a rock and shot him off the tractor. (remember old tractors, no canopies, no suspension) He got knocked unconcious on the ground and the tractor continued into a dam. Exhaust and air cleaner above the water and fan making a huge spray.
i had the exact same experience, one of my cultivators managed to wander off to the complete opposite side of the American planes map, like wtf? Have you ever had the bug where the field just isn't finished but all the vehicles have hit their stop points? that has happened on EVERY SINGLE FIELD i have done so far with multi tools and i don't even have skip rows on. Really fucking annoying.
@@ReasonRaider Yeah, i thought i messed up the setup of the field. But it has happened a few times. The normal AI worker on FS25, seems to do a better job sometimes. But it is free, and under development.

Every vid you did FSG I’m amazed how far more advanced FS25 CP at launch is compared to the FS22 version. The CP devs have worked miracles. Are you going to an ‘automated’ farming series like running multiple combines and unloaders to see just what CP and AD together are capable of?
Hey, great video; Thank You! Would you please,consider on also doing a video that shows how to configure Direct Drive to unload individual combines verses trailing. I’ve always set the combines to the field number and direct drive to the same fields, but have not tried using one unloaded for each combine. A quick tutorial on that would be great.

Does this count as "AI Workers" and have the associated costs with it, or is this "magic" of sorts? :P Regardless of the answer, having multiple vehicles running on the same field at the same time is a game changer. Do you also have any experiences with missed bits, for instance on your field, in the corner at 7:30, do they go back and collect those?
So nice to have this mod back! Seems like Swath combining doesn’t work yet with CP. I tried having it follow the swather course, but no dice lol UPDATE: This issue is fixed in the .03 CP update 👍🏼
Have you been able to get bail pickup/wrap work? I can’t tell if I’m doing something wrong or bug with it being new. Also having issues getting the chisel plow to finish the headlands after center first
Courseplay is very smart at detecting either stock map fields or custom made ones, even modified stock fields. You can also create custom fields and tell it to use those first if they exist. I often use three tools on large fields to do many jobs. Most of the time it works well but the AI are not perfect, sometimes I check on a field to find the tractors all sitting there in a grid lock just waiting for each other to move on out of the way 😂🤦🏻
Sorry i think i am stupid, hitting DELETE doesnt do anything, i've tried looking in the setting and i dont find the right thing (im probably looking with my men eyes). help please!
Mod. Was a mod for FS22, which FS25 implemented much of it's features at a basic level with the GPS feature in base game. Courseplay however is a much more in depth version of the base game GPS. Take a lot more learning how to use it, but once you learn the features it's a LOT more powerful in what it can do.
This is a mod the link to download it from the mod maker is in the description and it should come to the ModHub at a later date once all the bugs are ironed out

so I downloaded course play from github, when I load my save the game gets stuck loading at 98%, is there any way to fix that or is it something i should report to the devs?
It doesn’t work. Gives the message that the worker has a full grain bin and has to be emptied immediately without harvesting a thing. Of course this harvester doesn’t have a hopper, that’s why it’s so difficult to use with the AI.
@donald2818 I used one with a hopper, but I do believe if you put the auger bin on course play to empty carrot harvester it should follow along till full

Yes this counts as AI workers and you pay wages for them, they can collect all the bits if you set it up right
So nice to have this mod back!
Seems like Swath combining doesn’t work yet with CP. I tried having it follow the swather course, but no dice lol

There a new version out today which apparently has fixed the bale wrapping issues
How do you get the first vehicle to pick up the corners? The 2nd and 3rd made a square turn and didn’t miss any

Went through all 19 pages on Giants ModHub, didn't find it... but did get a bunch of others, from there
