The way I go about landing it is by waiting for my character’s right foot to hit the ground. Do that enough, you eventually get the timing down and won’t need to look.
you prolly finished it already. but if i had to recommend usefull blood arts for the scythe on 2, i'd say go for these: Will o' the Wisp cutter (light attack) works fantastic on pretty much any situation with the right elements if you don't care about style (simple, yet awesome) Mad Orbit (aerial light attack) gets stronger the longer the combo gets. if something is flying and you suck at landing the vertical fang hits, use this instead Death Harvest (round fang) hands down the best round fang art there is (except for chi-you and maybe kongou fights). the bigger the enemy (and more hitboxes), the more hits you get (whenever a ouroboros spreads its tentacles you'll shred it to bits in an instant) and God Razor is only an alternative for sariel and whatever else has a really small hitbox Execution (cleave fang) hard to unlock? check. hard to pull off? check. a sensation of pure bliss and acomplishment every time you land it on the heat of battle? check, check, check. for a less awesome but also less impractical cleave, just stick to Mortal Divide the rest of the BAs are either lame or great on paper but bad on execution

This comment is 1 year old, but this is one grand advice! Thnx. My timing just rose to 8/10 from 4/10! Its quite hard to see that pale flash in a chaotic battle with weapons and monster effects cluttering the screen.
Yea i hate the darn roller skating, sword having, laser cannon blasting, speedy being, mech lady aragami as a heavy moon player. Took a little getting used to shes so fast and she doesnt even stay down long. Not hard just annoying
@@bkbrent Aha! Once again we agree. I like the overall faster pace of the game although I hardly use gun mode anymore and i use buster sheilds now instead of bucklers. I used to just block little attacks and dodge bigger ones but now cause of the game play i try to dodge everything and only blocl huge attacks i kinda like that dynamic. Also funny you knew who i was talking about with that on point description

Try a new weapon, make good builds, learn how to fight Aragami, do Shibari play. I won't lie that the endgame is pretty dry right now, but the gameplay is strong and there's lots of way to enjoy it.

Mercy spiral and Inferno rush seems quite good at breaking parts from what I observed.
Slaughter Fang is similar to Death Harvest. Which is nice. Thanks for showing the burst arts for the scythe.
Currently playing Variant scythe on GE2RB. Probably will do it for when I get on GE3. Fanatic's scythe, Grim Reaper and Reaper's call looks good.

She ain't designed properly. Her attack openings don't have enough time for a quick Devour in most cases

They're easy when people are strong. They really should up the difficulty or make them solo-able
How do I activate that pulling animation with the nightmare reaper? It always after nailing the overhead but I can't pull of the pulling afterwards.
