Hi Joe.. I live in Canada and own a Canadian corporation with US EIN number..Do I need sales tax ID if I am operating the business entirely from Canada and since I don’t live in U.S.A? I do have US SSN number as I moved to Canada after living for few years in U.S.A. I am seriously considering signing up for your course, thanks!
To be honestly I’m not sure if you need sales tax ID’s in Canada for different regions. In the US your sales tax ID dictates which specific state or states you can collect sales tax in. I’m not sure if the same applies to Canada or not.
