it was an interesting play at the end, seeing a card with a sigil he has never seen before and not stopping to read the text, after 3 turns in a row of seeing the card do something weird that he didn't understand.
Very similar feeling when he was doing the bottom-right cabinet puzzle. Despite the fact that the 3-attack on the far right was necessary to add up to 5 damage, he consistently put an enemy in front of it to block the damage
I, for one, enjoy NL playing at his own pace and not being too worried about min-maxing or mistakes. It's not your bronze league of legends promos, chill out guys.
oh yeah i love that hes just playing and doesnt give a crap. thats exactly why i enjoy him. When i used to watch him like 3-4 years ago i get annoyed as to why he makes misplays but damn who cares, this dude got so much more entertaining. Im here for his commentary, not his playthrough
The run I won against Leshy (creepy eyes guy) I got the many-sacrifices symbol (like on the Cat) with the Squirrel head so all my squirrels could be sacrificed multiple times. The acceleration was ridiculous.
the undead symbol from the cockroach is even more op as turn one you can spawn as many level one creatures that are in your hand and use squirrels are free blockers as they get return on any death to your hand.
Yeah, my first win, I got the squirrel head totem and the first woodcarving gave me undead sigil. Infinite squirrels and guaranteeing sac outlets is OP

As much as I would love for him to play through this game, he's clearly not into it. He should just quit now before it becomes a frustrating slog for him and the viewers.
I thought this too when he spent most of last session talking about Super Auto Pets, instead. I have yet to see any tuber actually know how to play a card game. Don't read cards. Consistently making poor choices. "We're going to pass turn one!" Pick up unplayable cards. And NL himself seems like he's high as fuck all the time, feeding back into stupid choices he consistently makes.
Yo, haven’t watched the whole video yet so apologies if you did this but I recommend picking up that 7/7 for 4 because when you die you can make another OTK
I strongly disagree lol, what you really want is to either lose and build a free costing card eith the "add another copy to your hand" perk and big stats, or if you habent lost, just freaking grab a copy of the cat, and merge it onto a newt, then you can instantly play your whole hand when the enemy has no board. 7/7 is usable, but by no means "the way" imo

it only gets more tedious 🤣 4/10 game on a generous day
