    8:30 soaked sprouts
    After 15 mins Oats and milk
    15 mins after fruit
    10:30 - 11 am sabji roti ( 3-4 roti )
    Daal chawal sabji for lunch + curd
    4:30-5 pm : Banana , dry fruits , chocolate . Eat carbs
    6pm workout
    After workout drink( one glass milk , banana , peanut butter , one spoon protein powder )
    Dinner around 9 pm 3-4 rotis + daal , salad

    I'm watching this video again after 2years...coz, it suddenly cames to my dashboard & i started it watching again to memorize my old times..when i was skinny but now i have 74 kg weight...follow good diet , do workout , drink more water as u can & follow some other youtubers who give ud right advice to fulfill out dream weight..👊

    I was always underweight.. For kidney stone, last to last year my weight was around 34kg. But from December 2017, I joined gym..Following the diet plan which is almost like your diet plan but I consume Rice and Fish more( as I'm a Bengali and from Kolkata ;) ). My weight is now 47kg.

      At first I checked if I have thyroid or Sugar.. but thankfully I had none..Then I joined gym and started weight training.. I stay at Barasat, so I have joined a gym near my place which is really good..Im following the diet plan I have got from my trainer.. weight training is must if you want to gain some healthy weight but do consult with your doctor once if you have thyroid or anything then your training and diet will be different..

      Even I was underweight 2,3 years back I used to weigh around 37,38 kg. Then I changed my diet and started doing yoga and exercise and started eating lots of fruits on daily basis like banana etc and milk also. And now my weight is around 48,49 kg :)

    same happened to me ...I was around 47-48 kg in the age of 17 ...after that i became very skinny ....only 40-41 kg ....now I joined gym
    ....hope I will gain weight

    I'm living in government hostel nw.
    Aur hostel ka shedule hai:
    1) Around 7-7:30 :- 200 ml milk, 1 apple, 1 banana, 2 eggs, breakfast poha, curd
    2) For lunch : 2 Chapatis, 1 katori sbji (any veg. sabji), 1 katori rice and daal ( fika ya tikha)
    3) Dinner:- 2 chapatis, 1 katori rise, daal, sabji [Wednesday ko chiken and saturday ko Mattan]
    Bt fir bhi mera weight around 35 kg hi rahta hai... No effect and I'm now 18 yrs old
    Aur pichle bohot yrs se mera weight itna hi hai!
    So what should I have to do now?

    Hi Nidhi nobody can understand underweight ka issue other than me ,i had to go thru things like body shaming from my ex hus when i was 35,even though off late i have been diagnosed to be a celiac reason y i was underweight for as long as i remember and my own ppl could call me names like lakdi,tb patient .now im 41 and my weight is just 36 i csnt eat normal food have to be on gluten free diet as im celiac .i was so happy to see your video .my husband now encourages me to take care .

    I'm 19 and my height is 5'5. I just want to gain weight as I'm very much weak and it hampers my studies as well. Kaafi saman khareedna bhi pdega usme time jyga.. jse dry fruits, oats, peanut butter etc. But I'll start following this diet as soon as possible. And I'll share my weight gain journey here with you all. My weight is 45 now.
    And target is 55✌️
    I'll update my weight every 15 days here.

    Mam mai subah 5:30baje se 6baje tak workout karta hu fir uske baad 7 baje 1cup Chana soyabean 2kele and 1gilas doodh pita hu fir uske baad 10baje 2egg omelette 2paratha fir 12baje 4roti 1cup rice daal ya sabji jo bhi bana ho fir 3 baje peanut butter and 4bread fir uske baad 6baje workout fir dinner raat ko wahi agar non veg bana ho to nhi to only 6roti sabji bas and sote time 4badaam khata hu

    What if you don't get hungry? Also after eating if there is a problem of indigestion, gas and motion after eating. Though have tried so many Ayurvedic asavs, arishtas, liv 52 etc.

      If u eat 2 rotis then eat half roti more so that it can increase ur appetite, u just have to eat little more than usual gradually ur appetite will increase

    Hi Nidhi!
    You might feel I'm bluffing but I had the same problems. PCOD, lactose intolerant. And if I try to drink milk I'll get loose motions within 10 mins. I used to weigh 58kgs and average was 54-55 . And best part I'm 5'9".
    This is true that proper diet combined with exercise will give you the weight and exact figure you want.
    I started with 53 kgs and within a week of proper diet and exercise I gained approximately 2-3 kgs of weight which was visible.
    Yes you have to eat a lot. And I saw many of you wrote bhook nahi lagti, that's because maybe you are not doing any physical efforts, do some activity , plan a diet and you'll see the changes in yourself.

      @@richa903 So my less weight/weight loss can also be attributed to pcod as i also have pcod? Doctor says pcod never causes weight loss🤷‍♀️ and ur pcod is due to less weight😐. She is saying vice versa. I lost weight from 2019 n my periods also started becoming irregular at that time. So lean pcod is also a reality?

The dal there isn't worth eating, i have a good diet at home with non veg every week but there I won't be able to do that with non veg or dal, can consume eggs and spouts, but can you please tell the substitutes then!???

    I am not sure how to eat so much.
    I am trying hard to eat more but i cannot. How to increase your appetite? I just feel pukish if i try eating more and i definitely cant eat more portion of food.
    As you said eating 3-4 rotis and sabji at 11 and then lunch mein daal chawal, if i have breakfast (2 idlies) at 10 am i dont feel hunfry till 1:30 pm.
    How to work on this?

    Maine bahot se videos search kie the but I didn't get any useful. Maine dry fruits, peanut butter v khaya tha but help nhi hua. Even I've to think about my clothing because I'm very skinny. I only prefer full sleeves tops..because my hands are too skinny. I feel really ashamed.😑
    Many suggested me for Amway's nutrilite... Please tell me ....is this effective???

      JAY SHREE don't worry dear. It ll take lil bit of time. Be consistent with your diet plan and u can do exercise and yoga at home also. Even I was 37,kg few years back now I am 48 kg it takes lit bit efforts and time. Start Being happy first of all. Happiness is the key to success and drink lots of water have fruits, milk. start increasing your food intake slowly slowly if u eat one roti or 2,start increasing that from 2 to 2 n half or or 3or something like that.u ll see results in no time.     This is impossible for people like me who works 10 hours a day with just 1 hour break.
    Itna time milta hi nahi khaane ko. Pure 10 hours mein just 1 hour for eating and self time.

    I used to weight 47-48kgs n when i started preparing for some entrance exams it became really stressful for me. Lost weight n then was diagnosed with pcod last yr. But my weight became 44-45 due to it or what dont know as in PCOD one gains weight doesnt loses it but my case is weird dont know what it is🤷‍♀️
    N doctor is saying u need to gain weight then only pcod will cure. Hoping to get help by ur video
