You can add them by selecting "References" on the Ribbon and choosing either "Insert Footnote" or "Insert Endnote," depending on where you want the notes to appear in the document. To ensure your document is free from errors, the spelling and grammar check tool under the "Review" tab highlights any mistakes and suggests corrections, making it easy to polish your writing. Finally, the zoom feature, accessible at the bottom right of the Word window or in the "View" tab, allows you to adjust the document’s magnification level, so you can view your text comfortably and focus on details as needed.
