4:18 Modder here. For some reason, the floor of Monke Blocks is just always loaded. I like to put people I don't like over there when they try to report me- you can't load it in over there, so it's just you stuck in a box out in the void.
There is another glitch you can do to get the platforms in the comp course but it's a little harder than the metro glitch (for those who don't know metro is the subway station)
To escape the map you can do it in any game mode you have to go to a tree near the end of the map then throw the snow ball but you have to drop before it then jump and your out

i just want to point out that part where you say its very inconsistent its actully how far away you get if you get to far away it will pop but if you stay in range it will never pop
