I love Spicy Chicken that is flavorful and a light spiciness. Today I made 3 different types of spicy chicken from 3 different countries to find out which one is best made sous vide. We got korean spicy chicken, Jamaican jerk chicken and General Tso's takeout style spicy chicken. Here is my take on them.

Every time I watch a video from this channel I get so hungry, by far my favorite cooking channel👌
Finally you have 1 million subscribers for sous vide everything. Congratulation guga, keep up a good work👍👍👍.
U forgot American Nashville hot! Still love this content though. Thanks guga!!
Hey guga i was wondering why didn’t you put the green onions on the jamaican chicken? But u need 3 green onions on the description?
Guga bro try pakistan chicken karahi
Guga: if you’re like me, you like to save money.
Also guga: A5 wagyu, sous vide machines and like 500 knives
if he doesn't save the money how is he gonna buy all that stuff
@@rahulwadhwani6203 if he buy all that stuff how is he gonna save money?
The most expensive piece of equipment is that chamber sealer. That's how he's able to seal with that marinade in the bag.
TH-cam pays well.
Darryl Joyner You can get a good vaccum sealer for $100-150
haha omg you gave me chills whenever you said gochugaroo. I never thought you would cook Korean style food! btw you gave me such a big inspiration, after watching your videos, I ordered sous vide water circulator and even a Searzall! I'm still waiting to get them delivered to South Korea, and I'm so excited to cook my own medium-rare steak! Thanks Guga, I hope you know there's someone watching your channel and being inspired by you on the other side of the planet haha~
Congratulations to one million subscribers.
Thank you always!

Hello
“To be more specific: delicious jerk chicken”
You don’t have to tell us your food is going to be delicious Guga
Looks good as always guga, but doesn’t jerk need scotch bonnet?
Scotch bonnets have a fruity side to the heat, but can be difficult to get.
True but when in quarantine you get what you can and don’t get upset. And it worked beautifully 😉
Not true if you stay in Florida
Some of us can't TAKE THE HEAT and so this version is helpful to us.
Sous Vide Everything everything you makes looks great! And you’re right I can make this with all the ingredients already in my house. Thanks for keeping the videos coming during this time.
Guga are u going to make a 1 million subscribers special?
Yes working on it now.
@@SousVideEverything Can you make a wagyu A5 center cut tenderloin
@@SousVideEverything Dry aged wagyu and Jamón ibérico?😆😋
Dry aged
Sous Vide Everything are you dry aging angel?
Spice seller: How many types of spices are you looking for?
Jamaican: Yes
It’s the Indian influence
10:14-10:26 jerk was so good he had a bit of Jamaican patios come out lmaoo
The only way I can watch Guga's videos is to eat a meal or drink plenty of water before even clicking on play.
I just click the video. Get hungry and pause to make something before continuing 😂
Have a side of milk of magnesia ready...or a big jar of Tums.
Still requesting experiment that is there difference in roast if you inject marinade. Hope you have time to try that sometime
Stay tune.
Good idea
Hey where the video
@@naturesounds3957 good call
That all looks delicious, great video. Also, for the jerk chicken, scotch bonnet is much more common.
I visited Jamaica twice as a kid and absolutely loved it. We once stopped at a place called Scotchie's, if I recall correctly, and boy did they have amazing food. However, as a child I could barely handle cayenne as a spice. I tried their chicken and my entire head was on fire like I stuck it in a volcano. I eventually found that they use scotch bonnet peppers, which can be slightly hotter than habaneros. I've watched these videos for some time now...perhaps its time I bought a sous vide!
YEEEESSSS Jamaican food finally shows up!
though I'm Korean, Guga's style looks really amazing!
But it's nothing like the Korean spicy chicken I'm used to eating
In fact there isn’t a dish called general tso’s in China, surprisingly it’s so popular in America
Much like Alfredo pasta. Never heard in Italy
@@nicolobraghini1546 Most Italians do not know that their simple 'pasta al burro', pasta served with butter and parmigiano cheese, has become a symbol of Italian cuisine in the U.S. under the name Fettuccine Alfredo.
also orange chicken not chinese either, it's an american dish. which funny enough was based on general tso's which also seems to really just be an american dish as well.
Lol never in my life seen real general tso chicken and orange chicken
It's fried and covered in sweet sauce, not too surprising it's popular in America.
Congrats for 1million love you guga keep up the great work!
Congratulations for 1 mil man much love💜

Also Guga: *Buys japanese wagyu A5*
he saves money for stuff like that but sure.
Congratulations on 1 mill subs on both channels!
Congrats for 1 Million subscribers!!!!
I love all spicy chicken varieties but nothing compares to the sweet fiery goodness of Korean fried chicken. Especially when paired with cold beer and some pickled radish. 🤤🤤
DPMixing that’s right
That's the Korean way
I disagree
Salivating like crazy right now!
Love your videos! New subscriber!

Nice, I love spicy food, I'm sure these will satisfy that!
I feel like the jerk chicken was inspired by Ainsley's jerk chicken
*g i v e d a t m e a t a g o o d o l ' r u b*
No scotch bonnets..😒
You’re at one million guga. I better see something craaaazy!
Congrats on 1 million subs Guga! 😃😃

That’s probably the only Brazilian TH-camr that the comment section ain’t just people from Brazil saying how Brazil is the sketchiest country in the world.
11renz hold up
You forgot Vinheteiro!
You it's good when guga said "DAMN" like that
9:34
I started dancing while hitting the notification button and i dont know why lmao
I'm definitely gonna try making a compound butter with that jerk marinade. Wish me luck!
man i just love your smiling face and your spirit.
Hey Guga, can you show us how you make a chicken or beef stock?
Wao eres exelente guga gracias por compartir tus conocimientos muy buenas recetas haré algunas en mi canal
Guga it's 3 o'clock in the morning. I'm eating pb and j's and watching your spicy chicken video. What have you done to me??? Great job on this one.
Guga: Likes to save big bucks.
Also Guga: Eats Wagyu on a bi-weekly basis.
I love this guy!
Guga explaining the ingredients is amazing haha
Milion subs guga. Congrats
4:02 I see guga is a man of class, as well as taste.
congrats on 1m guga
Hi Guga, thank you so much for all and thanks for your staff... I wish if you cooking whit out the water path.. it just will be easier to know how to cook all the great food.
Thank you a lot.
You've made this Jamaican very happy. 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
That's gotta be the best looking, and probably the best tasting, General Tso's chicken I've ever seen in my life
And your marinade is DUNN
I've been cooking general tso chicken for 2 years and every time I make it its a different delicious experience. Especially whenever you use sliced dried chilis, fresh garlic, and fresh ginger instead of chili flakes ginger paste and gjnger powder
Mano, voce me da muitas ideias pra treinar na cafeteria que sou voluntaria, nao vejo a hora de fazer uma dessas receitas! Abracos de KC-MO!
Guga you should make a video using ramps, “wild leeks” I think you could make something amazing!!
Great video.. I see the ingredients but not the recipe.. and I agree with someone below.. have you done nashville hot chicken?
0:07 that smooth camera transition
Damn man, you be living the dream- precisely the food dream.
Delicious Meal chef 🤤😋🍴
Hey Guga, what are the new circulators you are using?
THREE GREAT RECIPES IN ONE VIDEO! Yes...they ARE different. I could not say that one was BETTER or BEST. I confess that I am a fan of a good version of General Tso's Chicken with rice. Just knowing how to make THAT is worth watching the video. For my wife and I, Guga's recommendation for the right chili pepper for the Jamaican Jerked Chicken was 'spot on.' At my age, I do not need a MIDNIGHT MELTDOWN from pepper powered fatty reflux.
Im a simple woman, i see chicken, i click 💗
Hey sous-vide, love your videos so much. May I recommend next time you try jerk chicken, throw in some pimento wood chips on the coals. You'll thank me later.
What is the machine in the background on the left side of the screen while you are taste testing?
Guga, You have inspired me to stark cooking steaks. 🤧 I can’t lie, THE STEAKS TURNED OUT GOOOOOOD
I feel like the Chinese chicken is called General Tsao's chicken to one up the Colonel.
