Hell yeah! I also suggested Jaromir Jagr, who has been in every NHL game ever (except for NHL 19 and 21 iirc). But he is definitely in NHLPA 93 (which was the first NHL game to have licensed player names) and in NHL 23 in the Kladno team of the ELH league.

This. NHL 2005 was the lockout season and came out in 04. He also only signed a contract in August 2005 which would've been only a month before 06 came out so it's entirely possible he's not in 06 because he never signed a contract until a month before release
