    I reached $138k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and insights you've shared with me over the past few months. I began this journey in October 2024. Financial education is essential for over 70% of the population, as only a few are truly literate in this area.
    Thanks so much Mrs Milly❤❤❤

    • @r.l.8170
      @r.l.8170 6 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      The house isn't always the most expensive part. It's the land and location. If it's purely concrete, you'll be living in rubbles after an earthquake. It will need to be reinforced with steel. If you google it, "Wood-frame buildings are a popular choice in seismic zones because wood's natural elasticity and strength allow it to bend and return to its original shape during an earthquake." So in CA, you gotta plan for fires and earthquakes. Typically, earthquakes are unavoidable and there is no way to prevent that. Fire... yes, you can prevent and stop it. But CA leaders are idiots so that tells you something.

    That's the whole problem in the U.S. A., the type of house construction. Its a construction for convenience. It is time for concrete in houses to be widely implemented, specially near forests. California has been burning for years, I don't know why L.A. didn't prepared for this!!!

    • @r.l.8170
      @r.l.8170 6 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      Maybe because the wood shifts and doesn't collapse during an earthquake as easy? Pure concrete, you'll be living in rubbles. LA definitely didn't prepare for that. Even the state was badly mismanaged.

    The climate in Southern California is the problem. Not because of any warming or recent change. It's always been that way. Southern California is a windy desert and has been for thousands of years. Only since the 1920s building of dams to make reservoirs and diversion of water from the Mountains of Western US has Southern California become habitable and sustainable for millions of people. Fires have always been a big problem in California, there are many big ones every single year. Water has always been a challenge there, and now the chickens are coming home to roost.

      Well wood houses are only good in ice cold conditions like in Canada not in western north America, it depends on the weather as those areas are prone to fires the weather conditions of that region is prone to fires so concrete buildings or infrastructure must be of fire proof materials ,no one is be blamed as technology advances move on to a better infrastructure investment instead of blaming this one and that one .Think about building infrastructure on planet venus that would a challenge that Russia can do as for NASA they have build improved nuclear powers space shuttles that is their next project nuclear powered space vehicles. 👮🏿‍♀️👮‍♀️👮‍♂️👳‍♂️👳‍♂️👳‍♂️👳‍♂️🕌🕋

      It's not US. Every state has different building codes. CA prohibited brick construction due to earthquakes. Concrete will need to be reinforced with steel or you'll be living in rubbles during an earthquake which is a natural disaster that can't be avoidable. Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Virginia and some other states uses bricks to build homes. It all depends on the geographic locations and what materials is readily available and what state codes allows.

    Despite it's being an earthquake prone country, california needs concrete structures to better withstand fire. Japan also is one the most earthquake prone countries, but they devise better way of quake resisting building structures so that their RCC structures withstand even strong earthquake relatively well. USA can also do just that and prevent constant danger to houses from wild fire.

      Advise to prevent repeated fires. We have been helping all earthequakes anywhere in the world. We do not have fires like in US, so no experience to putout the fires. I would advise the news channel not to empathise with people who are incorrigibles. ( repeated fires for many years has not made the builders and owners to think on better materials to build).
      Can you list the amount of help done by the countries. Anyway nobody can help if arsonists are allowed to run free. California state allows robbery up to $1000. Leading to bankruptcy of many businesses. You are welcome to stay in your state of ignorance/s….

    Prime time, story at 9
    The whole world is goin' insane
    When the hills of Los Angeles are burnin'
    Palm trees are candles in the murder wind
    So many lives are on the breeze
    Even the stars are ill at ease
    And Los Angeles is burnin'
    A placard reads, "The end of days"
    Jacaranda boughs are bending in the haze
    More a question than a curse
    How could hell be any worse?
    The flames are startin'
    The camera's runnin'
    So take warnin'
    When the hills of Los Angeles are burnin'
    Palm trees are candles in the murder wind
    So many lives are on the breeze
    Even the stars are ill at ease
    And Los Angeles is burnin'

    I keep screaming like a town crier.... Why don't these rich eccentric people just build brick houses beautifully designed... Maybe with big underground bunkers for some of the valuables they don't have time to remove down the road..... They're rich enough to have dirt bikes so they can make their Exodus with backpacks and dirt bikes through congested roads...

    Climate change is the biggest challenge . US goverment needs to take hard action against coal fired power plants located in India . Indian goverment will not take any action against power utilities ,indian police will not do anything , only hope for people of india is from Federal goverment of USA . People of india are facing serious health problems created by coal fired power plants, and US states are seeing extreme weather conditions . Upgrading coal fired power plants to nuclear power plants is the only solution to these . US goverment can take serious action culprit companies hiding in india and creating havoc in other side of the planet.
