Slipped into the diamond Life way to hard well this song isn't too happy when you think about its relation to hyde (as it's album is the Jekyll repackage) if you look at the translation, it talks about a man spiralling into possessive/insave behaviour by the end (case in point "you brought out a side of me i never knew existed" and "are you a good person? if not, who cares? i already fell in love with you") just like dr jekyll in the book that both gr8u and hyde are based off of. this is a prequel to hyde. however, not many people realized this and still think its just a happy song (like me until recently). its smart, as these lyrics can look like just sweet lyrics until you look closely.
