Where is your address? How can we contact to get your address?
Ahhhhh mate, I’m spewin I didn’t see this video 3 months ago, I would’ve flown across Australia to get some treatment.
Originally hurt my QL and almost came good but then watched Oppenheimer (3 hours sitting down, not good) and further more, I tweaked my sciatic nerve doing a plank to try and strengthen my back up (I’m such an idiot). That’s when all the pain started going down my hip and leg.
I was waking up with hip pain and couldn’t sit down at all. Managed to slowly get better from stretching out that but I
still can’t straighten my left leg fully and am 100% sure I have some entrapment in my glute and hamstring.
Wish me luck for my 17hour flight back to the UK 😂
Best of luck for the trip - please reach out if you still need help when you return!
I have a history of Baker’s Cyst and siatica and now I have been diagnosed with bursitis trochanter could the siatica be entrapped in the bursitis trochanter 😊😊
Hi Mervin, the bursa at the trochanter is unlikely to cause nerve entrapment itself. What we do see sometimes is that there is sciatic nerve entrapment which is deep to the rear of the trochanter and this causes pain which can be mis-diagnosed as trochanteric bursitis. It's hard to be more specific without a clinical evaluation and getting hands-on!
Wow. .. thanks for answering my question....how can i get some relief from the pain i did an xray but did not show any problems wirh the leg 😃😃 so have been referred for physiotherapy
