Which will lead to falling numbers of wolves in India. Tracking and bringing down only the maneaters can be professionally done by hunters, who know the behaviour and process of taking them down.

I heard from my Tau ji and also read in wildlife books that they are very ferocious and even kill tigers by the power of their sheer numbers. My Dear Late Tau ji was once attacked by these dogs during his Army days. He somehow escaped with the help of his mates (he was unarmed and only used his belt to fend off these dogs by the time his mates stepped in). The next day he shot some of those dogs. Stay well Sir.
