Great video, thank you. Getting this setup wasn't easy until you answered all the questions I had in a quick 19 minutes. I have got some exceptions though in the first few reports since starting with Adyen and I'm wondering how we can clear them? I see the refunds in NS and they match in Adyen and have edited the search as recommended to add the refund, but they still remain.
I appreciate that! If you run the re-match transactions process and still get SDR lines coming up in the No Match Found status, then it often helps to check the execution logs of the "Adyen - Find SDR Detail Matches" map/reduce script. It'll show you the detailed search filters used to try to find the matching transaction. So if you can verify that there is indeed a transaction in NetSuite that it should be finding, then compare that transaction to the search filters to identify why it isn't being found. I hope this helps!
Hi, thanks am going through this video again for my clients implementation. I get the following error on my SDR, in the script execution logs... Matching failed, error: No matching SDR Profile could be found. for SDRD {"detailId":"4","id":"4","sdrId":"1","type":"Settled","merchantAccount":"//MyCompaniesMerchantAccount" I've ammended the saved search like in the video, any ideas?
Hello Swoogles! That error says it couldn't find an SDR profile. The most likely cause is that you maybe have your profile set up for a different currency than that of the transaction. If you need further assistance on this, please file a support ticket from your Adyen account.

Can this then be used in conjunction with Adyen Pay by Link? Thanks, it's a good video
I'm not sure, I haven't used the Adyen Pay by Link. But if the payment transactions end up in NetSuite then you probably can!
