I got mine last week. They are so so good. After PB'ing 2 marathons in the Adios Pro 3 in 2024, I can't wait for marathon Barcelona in March to put these to the ultimate test. I did go half a size up comparing to AAP3
I'm very much an Adidas man, most of my runs are in my various Takumis or Adios Pro 2's. Didn't quite get on with the 3s, so this looks more like my cuppa. Thanks for the fab review as ever, Edd.
I very much agree with your assessments. Especially about having to choose between the Adios Pro 4 and the AlphaFly 3 for Houston Marathon in 1.5 weeks. As of now, it the AlphaFly, but I think that’s only because I’ve run in it longer. Honestly, I think I could use either shoe and it’d be great. I’ve already raced two half marathons in the Adios Pro 4 and racked up about 70 miles (112km). They’re legit.
I just got mine in the mail today, white with black stripe colorway. I went half as size up, and I'm glad I did, it really does run short on the toes. Can't wait to try it!
Same, had to exchange mine for half size up. Maybe it’s a production anomaly in certain areas of the size range? Obviously not in the upper reaches of the size range where Edd’s feet exist. 🤣
I’ve worn every version of these from the beginning ….got mine through the post and can’t wait to race them this season, especially at the London marathon. Thanks for your reviews as always
Woah Edd... 2025 has barely begun and we're kicking it off with a banger. 😮💣 Really intrigued by the fourth generation of the Adios Pro. Looking forward to more testing and your opinions/comparisons with the stability of the shoe. With Manchester approaching, we await your choice for the Marathon. 🥳💪😎
Still getting over the flu myself and went out for my first run in a week yesterday, it was hard work! And the weather is still grim here in the Midlands. As always, great review!
Please do a long term review. How much durability are we trading away with these super squishy foams ?? Could you do a super-shoe head to head each after a few hundred kms to see which holds up the best? Maybe some people don't want to shell out every year for a new racer. cheers
I’ve been after a Prime X Strung replacement just lighter with shorter stack. I loved them and think you did as well so can’t wait to try my AP4 once the weather up here mellows… didn’t want to chance them in a steady HM pre-work jaunt earlier with all the ice and snow/slush/slop we have up here, so Superblast 2 it was. The upper feels much softer and nicer and I hope the nasty cheap laces that are usually an automatic replacement are a thing of the past. Hope you’re over the worst of whatever’s going around and it’s full send towards MCR 👊🏻
Hey, I trust the running shoe judgment of a fellow guitar player. Unfortunately these sold out right away on the Canadian site. I like the nice 'normal' look which is important to me because after 6 months or so when the heels wear down I relegate shoes to casual wear and I like to do so without looking like I'm wearing clown shoes.
I love lightstrike pro for the response and firm feel like in the AP3, prime X strung 2, and B12. Everyone says how soft this is and it's concerning that I'd bottom it out. I'm passing on this version and hunting down pro 3s. That upper looks like a huge improvement though.
I love the AP3, absolutely adore the PX2S (my favourite shoe at the moment), hate the B12, but love the AP4 already, even though I've only had it since late last week. But I am a forefoot striker, and not a distance runner, so I wouldn't know if bottoming out is a real issue, even though I'm quite heavy at the moment.
I went on my first run with the Pro 4 yesterday a 5x5 session and thoroughly enjoyed these shoes especially compared to the Pro 3. It was cold outside 24 F and the squishy feeling and propulsion was easily noticeable. Can’t wait to give them a try in hot weather.
I got mine last week. Absolutely love them! Mine fit true to size, upper basically disappears up front, but I do have some scraping on the achilles, which I hope will disappear soon. The moved back rocker + softer midsole gives a much smoother ride (for me as a forefoot striker), but I can still feel the Pro 3 in there. This could easily be my favourite shoe, if the PX2S didn't exist. But now I'm definitely looking forward to the Prime X 3.
I've only tried these on in the shop and couldn't believe the different feel in midsole to the AP3, will be picking these up for Milan and London abit closer to the time. Great review.
I had Alphafly 1 before and still have Vaporfly 3 and NB SC Elite v3 for raceday. I ran 6 miles this evening on Adios Pro 4. Unbelievable great shoes. Comfy soft and light. On Coros watch I only look at cadence and heart rate. After the run and check on strava. It fast and happy with my run.
My first run in that shoe is a very rainy 10km race. I can attest that the outsole grip is really good. The upper feels way gentler on the foot. The midsole is soft and has adequate energy return. I just hope that the new LSP will have decent durability. I also did not have to size up for this one. I'm a US 10.5 for both the AP3 and AP4. 😊
For people concerned about the size, use the length of foot reference on the Adidas site's sizing chart (with your preferred toe room added - for me ~0.5cm added).
I originally ordered a half size up to a 12.5 US in the silver/red tin man color way. After a few runs I decided to try my normal size of 12US. The normal size fit much better in the upper and for some reason the foam felt more responsive. Maybe that has something to do with the geometry of the shoe. Super good quality and the upper is everything I wanted it to be especially in the much sought after white and black edition. It’s funny how I don’t feel the amazing response particularly until I look at my pace and heart rate. The foam almost feels like it bottoms out in the heel when I heel strike and it may be. It’s an adjustment from the Lightstrike in the Pro 3 which has a different return profile. All in all I’d take the 4 over the 3 all day long. Great shoe!
Nice review & thanks for info on the SL2s as I purchased a pair on your recommendation. I’m getting much quicker 5Ks now with these shoes. Do you know when the Pro 4 in the green colourway will be releasing?
Did my first run in mine yesterday. I'm still on the fence if I'd use them for a marathon as that midsole is super soft! Definitely use up to half-marathon, but need some longer distance runs in mine before I make my mind up if I'll use them for London? I have not had any issues with sizing myself. Laces are pants, and the only negative, in my opinion. Looking forward to racking up plenty more miles in them 🏃🏻 Cheers Edd
Sadly, my knees cannot take the squishy foams. So vene if I like the new upper, the nice colorways, I have to avoid them. I think excessively soft and squishy foam are just bad long term for runners.
I’ve learned through trial and error that soft shoes just don’t work for me. They seem cool, but I probably won’t benefit from these but instead probably the Takumi/Adios options from this new wave from Adidas.
The rocker geometry seems to be the “magic sauce” coming from the APE1. It’s the foundation of the EVO SL, the Adios 9, and the AP4. I look forward to trying the new LSPro compound. But I enjoy the EVO SL with no rods and the AP3 compound supported by the dogbone torsion. Let the foot work out with the trainer, and those rods will be that much more pronounced during races… which is likely to increase confidence. Again, I’m happy to see the adizero range back to its segmented goodness. The variety will be better for all. I’m okay with adizero bringing back Adiwear even if not branded line the old days. ✌🏽💙👟
@ I’m just happy they went back to what adizero is meant to be. It’s one offspring of EQT and ZX while Terrex is the other child… specific purpose and use-case driven performance gear. Don’t chase the rest when you set the bar decades past. Let the rest fight for their respective identities. Each brand has at least one special shoe, but not everyone has a clearly defined range. ✌🏽💙👟
Just got mine last week. Super light, Super soft. Concerningly soft? Mine have very little miles on them and the foam looks very, crumpled? Usually a sign of the foam compressing and loosing its bounciness. I am not a very big guy, 6'0, 165lbs. Super light though, and love the fit overall. Felt a tad unstable until I got going in them, then after my first run, they did not feel that way. Interested in some different color ways.
I'm US9.5 on the Adios Pro 3 but went up half a size to US10 and glad I did too. It might have been a smidgen too short in length otherwise. Maybe for the larger sizes there isn't an issue? Mine came in weighing 209g. Interesting my brand new spanking pair of Brooks Hyperion Elite PB in my usual US9.5 came in at 203g! Even lighter. Has the look and feel of the Puma DNE3 but not narrow! Also with the Brooks shoe you can perhaps go down half a size which would make it lighter still. The crucial test is the performance over a long distance at speed. Some very good shoes to test out. Everything has made a good first impression but will that hold in the long term? Thanks for the review Edd.
Funnily enough I find the AP3 a touch too long for me, but fine with a runners loop, so I think the AP4 should fit spot on. I did buy two pairs of AP3 because I like the firm feel of it, even for a marathon. But I’m very interested about this new upper.
For me, both the AP3 and 4 are the same length. The upper on the 4 is definitely nicer, even though I had some scraping of the heel cup on my achilles, which I don't have in the 3.
So I picked up the AP4 after falling in love with the Adios 9 (which I tried because of your review!). I’ve got 200k in that shoe, it’s holding up just fine, and I’m guessing the outsole is the same, so I’m hoping the Adios Pro 4 is quite durable - do you have any guesses on that? Does softer foam usually mean shorter life? I’m so excited to use the shoe more, it’s awesome! Also for others in the comments, my size 11 UK is a good fit, TTS, and a runner’s knot is keeping my toe from touching the end of the shoe.
Be careful - take it easy Edd , health first! I like the MSP comparison however I do wonder if the sole may have longevity issues like the MSP. The AP3's wear like tanks on the soles but I think I'm going to like the "smoothness" or "squishiness" like the MSP better than the AP3. It will be my 1/2 and full for the spring. BTW, how do you like vs. the AF3? Toss-up?
Half a size up for me. I'm usually a 10.5, but the Adios Pro 3s were a pretty snug fit so ordered a 10.5 and 11. Felt as though one of two things would have happened in the smaller pair - the big toe would've punctured the upper or the upper would have made my toes bleed. 11 feels pretty good on foot, but let's see what happens in the first run test. If only we went up in quarter sizes, reckon 10.75 would be perfect 😅 Just hope it isn't too soft..
I was in sports direct on Monday. They have vaporfly 3 available for £200 and Alfafly 3 for £240! So I imagine Nike are seeing the competition and reducing prices a bit!
Did you experience any stability issues due to the very soft foam? How do they compare to the Deviate Nitro Elite 3 in that regard? I have a pair at home, but they feel wobbly walking around....
Kinda feels the outsole is a subtle attempt from Adidas to prevent it from lasting 600km and still feeling good like the AP3. Having said that, at the rate I rotate and run , I forsee only getting this pair in 2026 hahaha.
I heard the Adios PRO 3 is doing well when it comes to durability. Perhaps the 4 will continue? When buying expensive shoes durability is extra important!
I want to want these so badly but just not sure. Yowana hates them, Fordy was a bit meh, Kieran from the Run Testers toenails nearly got torn off, Edd loves them, hard to know. I’ve had such mixed experiences with Adidas. I have wide feet and hated the Takumi Sen 8 but loved the SL2… might wait for the Cielo x1 2.0 before I make a decision.
@@SemiAI-.-He hasn't said he hates them, he said they're a hot mess, not good for long easy runs, but he also said they're great at faster paces where you're more on the forefoot. He said they're great at half marathon/ marathon pace. Not great at his lower paces.
Any bigger runners out there find that the Pro 4 completely lacked support near the arches? I feel like all of my weight is over nothing because of the foam cut out, but I really wanted to Like these
@ mmm it’s just I’ve just spent all my earth credits on these and I already have the sl2 but wasn’t sure about a long run shoe for marathon training , just use my old ap3 or get a pair of prime x of some description ? Any thoughts are welcome
Oddly adidas are only doing these in very non standard "large" sizes so in US sizes a 13.5 and 14.5 which nobody else does but no US 14 (or adidas UK 13.5 which is same as a Nike UK 13). As such have taken a punt 0.5 size down from my normal so UK 13/US 13.5. Not arrived yet but not liking the other comments that many runners are sizing up not down. Will have to see. With a very narrow foot I never need to size up for more width - almost the reverse with some shoes so that might help. From what have seen so far, this is certainly a very soft foam which you note and have seen comments from it beng literally my best race shoe to the worst. Your scores seem more to the good but maybe one that needs a bit more time to see for sure ? Such miserable weather at the moment isn't it that it is hard to "get going" in anything.
Hey Tim! Same size as yourself and a really odd/annoying choice that Adidas haven’t continued offering UK 13.5 for this one which they’re typically pretty good at! Tried the UK 13 in hope but sadly just a tad too little room for the tors, so waiting for some magical stock in UK 14 to appear 🤞
@@dcjaybam Umm that's not good news re sizing of the adidas UK 13 but yeah it ought to be a little short as it is for us! They did this exact same thing in the Sen 10 so largely why passed on them but picked up a UK 13.5 in the Adios 9 recently and that fits fine as you would expect of our TTS. I always used to wear UK 12.5 in adidas largely as they did not do any bigger but over the last 10 years or so realised I now "need" that extra room and wonder now how I ever managed to run in them! Yeah never seen the UK 14 on sale yet. I think I am probably about a 13.25 "precisely" but always feel would rather have a bit more room than a bit less. My feet are both 30.2 cm and adidas say UK 13 is up to 30.1 so I guess it "could" work. Will have to see...
i personally would never buy adidas shoes, but still like to see what they're doing. wish they would simplify their naming. adidas adizero adios pro 4? geezus
Can you do a comparison between these and ASICS Metaspeed Sky Paris and Nike Alphafly 3 eventually?? I think I am torn between the ASICS and Adidas for Manchester...but would be interested in your take on them!
Yup have them and they are great v the pro 3 - my only issue is the heel cup is very unstructured so my heel doesn’t go all the way back and the a chillies rubs so tight with the lack of padding 😢 Half size up is needed but may try a true to size to see if the heel is the same
Hi Ed I just got the adios pro 3’s like last week as soon as they release the 4 is the 4 a big upgrade should I return the threes I like racing 5-10k but am doing Manchester marathon 2025
Can i take it out on gravel roads? Got a marathon with 40% gravel... I liked the ride of Puma elite 3 better, but that shoe is just waaay to narrow! Alphafly and I did't get along wery well.
Will be grabbing a pair for London this year. managed to miss out on the silver colourway that was on pro direct so keeping my eye out for anywhere that has them in stock. not a fan of that white!
I’ve heard reviews where the TTS was a good fit, but they got a lot of bruising and pain on the toes in longer runs (above 20k). Have you ran long distances in it? What do you think?
Not as of yet. But I know a shoe from some specifics. People need to place the heel right back into the shoe and lace up. Plus too many influencers wore them straight out the box for a marathon. Bonkers
Adidas are nailing it with their colour ways and style at the minute.
Yes super clean
Waiting for the version 3 to drop to half price as it will.
I never pay full price. Don't feel like I "need" the latest running shoes
I got mine last week. They are so so good. After PB'ing 2 marathons in the Adios Pro 3 in 2024, I can't wait for marathon Barcelona in March to put these to the ultimate test. I did go half a size up comparing to AAP3

Yeah need to do a long run in these to really make a proper decision. With some HM / full mar pace
I just got mine in the mail today, white with black stripe colorway. I went half as size up, and I'm glad I did, it really does run short on the toes. Can't wait to try it!
Exactly. Run short in comparison to pro 3. had the order another pair in bigger size
Can’t say I have any sizing issues. No different to the v2/3
Same, had to exchange mine for half size up. Maybe it’s a production anomaly in certain areas of the size range? Obviously not in the upper reaches of the size range where Edd’s feet exist. 🤣
Dankeschön
I’ve worn every version of these from the beginning ….got mine through the post and can’t wait to race them this season, especially at the London marathon. Thanks for your reviews as always
The v1 was brilliant. But this is much lighter and not a very different shoe underfoot
@@EDDBUD I agree, the first version was a classic
I’ve been waiting for this shoe for years. Can’t wait to get it.

Thanks Ed 🙏🏾, great video 👏🏽
I love them, got paranoid about sizing and went half size up and got a perfect fit for me. It’s an Alphafly contender 🙌🏽
I would have too much room a half up and the lockdown would be loose
@ for sure, I was taking a risk as it’s the first time I’ve ever gone a half size up in any shoe and fortunately it was good 😅.
Please do a long term review. How much durability are we trading away with these super squishy foams ??

how many full marathon blocks before the foam is dead?
My personal gut feeling is that it won’t be as durable as the pro 2/3
Stocked up on AP3 during Black Friday, think I'll end up trying it. Interesting points on sizing, seems to have been mixed options. Cheers Edd!
For me it’s tts. I am between an 11 and 11.5. But slightly narrower feet
@EDDBUD - thanks Edd, hope you're back to full strength soon too.
Adidas is quickly becoming my favorite brand, currently enjoying the SL2 and Boston 12. These puppies are next in line 😂
The sl2 is a great shoe for the money.
Simply the best shoe I ever got to run in. And I tried a lot..
It’s a real banger. Good start to the year!
Similar thoughts from me. The crazy soft foam makes you really notice the Energy Rods and this shoe is so bouncy! I love it.
Banger to start off the year
One long run and one track session in the Pro 4’s, and I’m in love
Yes they really sing at the speeds that matter
I’ve been after a Prime X Strung replacement just lighter with shorter stack. Good luck!!

Hit a 5k PB on my first run on these. Loving the new upper, do wish there was a bit of heel padding/reinforcement.
It’s pretty minimal back there
Nice review & thanks for info on the SL2s as I purchased a pair on your recommendation. I’m getting much quicker 5Ks now with these shoes. Do you know when the Pro 4 in the green colourway will be releasing?
Not sure on others. I see a grey version dropped too but I love my now brown one. 🤣
wow high praise indeed, how would it be for 5 and 10K? Loved the Nick Drake Track, his music is so relaxing and gentle, top pick.
It’s light enough for anything really, though perhaps almost too much stack for the 5k blast
Morning all. I'm not a elite runner but Like to EDDBUD. Have a great day.

Does softer foam usually mean shorter life? I’m so excited to use the shoe more, it’s awesome!
Also for others in the comments, my size 11 UK is a good fit, TTS, and a runner’s knot is keeping my toe from touching the end of the shoe.
The foams are very different between the two. Little similarity between the 2 versions of lightstrike pro
You've thrown a spanner in my work's with the sizing info 🤔
I don’t think a half size up would do me any favours in terms of size.
@@EDDBUD Ive just snagged a pair from Sportsshoes with 15% off England Discount - gone TTS 😱
@eddbud do you think the Pro 4 or Pro 3 would be better for a middle packer? I have and like the Pro 3. Not sure if its worth the upgrade for me.
Bangers for any level of performance. A shoe is a shoe at the end of the day and quality still has a big boost for middle packers. Maybe even more!
BTW, how do you like vs. the AF3? Toss-up?
Comparison with alphafly3, I'm waiting for.
Big comparison coming up
Hi Ed, what do you reckon is a good (non-plated, max 8mm drop) winter training replacement for my Puma DN2?
Zoom fly 6 is the one
Great review! Is you had to pick one between this and the ASICS Sky Paris, what would you go for?
Now that’s a tough one. I love the asics, though not the most durable. I feel this might be more a versatile shoe than the Paris.
If only we went up in quarter sizes, reckon 10.75 would be perfect 😅
Just hope it isn't too soft..
Very different midsole beast to the v3
@EDDBUD loved the AP3 ride and performance...lets see if the AP4 can take me to 2.49.59 in London
Soft, maybe. But its in every aspect a better shoe then the AP3, upper, fit, responsiveness etc.
Yes everything is improved. Best version yet
I was in sports direct on Monday. They have vaporfly 3 available for £200 and Alfafly 3 for £240! So I imagine Nike are seeing the competition and reducing prices a bit!
Think you’ll find new versions inbound and they are shifting stock. The competition has always been there in one form or another
Vaporfly 4 are due March(ish), but alphafly 4 not until 2026 @@tombola4046
Did you experience any stability issues due to the very soft foam? How do they compare to the Deviate Nitro Elite 3 in that regard? I have a pair at home, but they feel wobbly walking around....
It’s not as squashy per say as the Puma
Kinda feels the outsole is a subtle attempt from Adidas to prevent it from lasting 600km and still feeling good like the AP3. Having said that, at the rate I rotate and run , I forsee only getting this pair in 2026 hahaha.
Edd, can you tell me what the musical theme playing in the background of your summary screen is? It's so familiar, but I can't name it!
It’s something from the TH-cam free library.
I heard the Adios PRO 3 is doing well when it comes to durability. Perhaps the 4 will continue?
When buying expensive shoes durability is extra important!
I’m still unconvinced the pro 4 will be quite as durable. But you never know
Half marathon 1 h15 weight 60kg.. what do you recommend between this Adi Pro 4, or Alphafly 3 or Vaporfly 3? Grazie 😊
Lighter the better. This is much more of an engaging show than the vf3 which never worked for me. The af3 is either a yes or no. Nothing in between
@@EDDBUD Thank you.. Grazie mille
I’m on the same boat! I ordered mine and now I’m unsure if I’ll be keeping them or sending them back
If Yowana hates them I gotta take his word for it 😂
Right there with you on this one. Adidas has been hit or miss for me... Cielo X1 2.0 looks like a winner.
@@SemiAI-.-He hasn't said he hates them, he said they're a hot mess, not good for long easy runs, but he also said they're great at faster paces where you're more on the forefoot.
He said they're great at half marathon/ marathon pace. Not great at his lower paces.
I love mine. I did go half a size up and I am glad I did.
Any bigger runners out there find that the Pro 4 completely lacked support near the arches? I feel like all of my weight is over nothing because of the foam cut out, but I really wanted to Like these
Several reviewers have said to avoid these, if you need any kind of support, because of all the cut outs and squishy foam from mid foot to heel.
It’s very soft and lacks significant arch support
Mr Bojangles 👏🏻
Top tune. Edwyn Collins did a good version
What would be a good rotation with this ? Sl2 for daily and these for race day but what about long run shoe for marathon training ? just use old ap3 ?
Maybe the evo sl as a daily?
@ mmm it’s just I’ve just spent all my earth credits on these and I already have the sl2 but wasn’t sure about a long run shoe for marathon training , just use my old ap3 or get a pair of prime x of some description ? Any thoughts are welcome
@@clarkemaitland9546 the sl2 is still a great option for daily stuff
Narrower right foot here Tim. My standard 11 is fine. Even get away with a thicker sock so I think you might be ok.
I went true to size, but I need to change it for a FULL size up.
Full size? Blimey. TTS here
i personally would never buy adidas shoes, but still like to see what they're doing. wish they would simplify their naming. adidas adizero adios pro 4? geezus
Why not?
@EDDBUD never have got along with adidas shoes
Dankeschön! Get well soon
Can you do a comparison between these and ASICS Metaspeed Sky Paris and Nike Alphafly 3 eventually?? I think I am torn between the ASICS and Adidas for Manchester...but would be interested in your take on them!
Got a big comparison video coming up on these vs some other top choices in the coming days.
Yup have them and they are great v the pro 3 - my only issue is the heel cup is very unstructured so my heel doesn’t go all the way back and the a chillies rubs so tight with the lack of padding 😢
Half size up is needed but may try a true to size to see if the heel is the same
Gotta lace up with your foot way back in the heel securely.
Runs small for me, tried TTS UK12 and 12.5 in store yesterday. I think the 12.5 were good but they want me to try a 13
Hi Ed I just got the adios pro 3’s like last week as soon as they release the 4 is the 4 a big upgrade should I return the threes I like racing 5-10k but am doing Manchester marathon 2025
If you paid full price I would see if you can return them
Would you use it for tempo / marathon training too ?
Durability may be the only issue
love Nick Drake!
Underrated even now
Can i take it out on gravel roads? Got a marathon with 40% gravel... I liked the ride of Puma elite 3 better, but that shoe is just waaay to narrow! Alphafly and I did't get along wery well.
Might chew it up a little. The foam is much softer this time
Will be grabbing a pair for London this year. managed to miss out on the silver colourway that was on pro direct so keeping my eye out for anywhere that has them in stock. not a fan of that white!
It ain’t white for long
@@EDDBUD EXACTLY! 🤣
I hope it is as comfortable as the Endorphin Pro 3, but slightly more aggressive!
Nice🎉

Dont know what to think after watching the Yowana channel review of this version !
I love the shoe! Super fun to run in. Isn’t that what it’s all about?
Just picked up the meta speed sky, I want the pro 4 too.
What do you think the main differences are? Both capable marathon shoes?
Big comparison video coming up for you 👊
I’ve heard reviews where the TTS was a good fit, but they got a lot of bruising and pain on the toes in longer runs (above 20k). Have you ran long distances in it? What do you think?
Not as of yet. But I know a shoe from some specifics. People need to place the heel right back into the shoe and lace up. Plus too many influencers wore them straight out the box for a marathon. Bonkers
Does the bottom cut out affect over pronators?
From what I've seen, over pronators should avoid this shoe.
Agree 100%
Tell me then how fast can you do it
Do what?!
Adidas trend to narrow foot like the puma deviate nitro or Nike
Yes it’s more a euro foot size
How would you compare this to the Alphafly 3?
Big comparison video coming up soon
fordy said to go up in size
It seems that some people are fine with going TTS. 😅
Can’t agree on that
How fast can you do the 5k run
About 19:20 ish
@@EDDBUDlie I don’t believe you

Same sizing as adios 9?
Yes same sizing vibes

So are you now pro 4 for Manchester or still Alphafly? I’ve got earth credits waiting for one of these pairs for when I too do Manchester!!!
Im still in need of some 15 plus mile longer runs. Will give them a good test
