@@hoppytoad79 for real, if I had to say to you how many times I have seen a show/movie, and see a mean character, and the amount of people bullying the actor, when their just doing their job and playing a mean role, I'd probably need a third hand. People don't understand that the characters personality doesn't gotta do anything with actual actor.

I know, from listening to actors talk about how they get into a character's head and find a character's motivation and suss out their personality and all that, actors will use bits and pieces from their own lives, but there's also research that can go into it and feeling things out. What comes from their own lives is like the bits of sand at the center of a pearl, is how one actor put it. It's a starting point to build from.
