How To Create A New Garments Waste Recycling Plant?

This video show how to create a new garments waste recycling plant,
1. Install Recycle Cotton Waste Baler Machine on the right place with 3 tons capacity forklift .
2. place the nine Garments waste carding machines directly face the Cotton Baler in a straight way, all the carding machines are getting together, each two adjacent carding machines are tightened with screws.
3. Adjust the balance of the machine, add padding to the low ground, so that all the carding machines are at the same height on both sides.
4. Install the garment waste opening machine same direction with carding machine.
5. install the garment waste opening machine (with feeding plat)
6. connecting the power cable to the electricity control panel
7. connecting the driving motor wire to the the electricity control panel
8. install dust pipes for each machine and connect to the dust removal system.
