Hi, Thank you very much for the video; it helped me clear the ink buildup inside the printer and drain the waste ink, improving its functionality. However, when disassembling the bottom, I found two loose springs. Since I didn’t notice where they came from, I couldn’t reattach them, which led to a paper feed issue. Could you let me know where I might find relevant materials or videos on this? Thanks again for all your help.
I'm going to try to repair such a printer. This gives me a good idea as to what I'll find, but it goes too fast for those who are interested in repairing, rather than in disassembling.
The printer you are using states 4622, I’ve watched your video 35+ and still can’t seems to pop of the top cover that you took off first. However , my issue is the ink cartridge is jam on the right side and keeps giving me a error messages relating the matter that it is jam and can’t move, could you do a video on how to solve this issues
Hi. I will see what I can do as far as the video, but in the meantime try checking the right side of the printer to make sure there isn't anything in the way of the cartridge carrier, also clean the clear strip. Remove any ink build up on the bottom of the carrier rest area.
This printer is similar to mine however I am having an issue with the top portion not coming off. I have the HP Officejet 4632 and cannot seem to find a technical manual online. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
Good day. Do you know if the pick up roller (the last part your removed from the bottom of the printer almost at the end of the video) can be acquired somewhere?
Any chance you might know if the gears (looking at front of printer) in the rear right side should all move together or the 3 that move are alone thats how mine is and doesnt work right

Hello --- Thanks vor the very good Video Please see my Prolem what I have with my Printer below -- I need realy the help of an Expert Can you help? or give my a hint where to find help. I'm a German and I have a HP 4622 wich had Problems by Printing. After watching few Videos I Opend the Printer took off the Printerhead and cleand it. After reassembling the whole -- the Printer was printing and the first test print looks quit Ok The first 2 realy prints of a PDF doc (from my PC) showed a dark grey vertikal line on the Paper. So I did another cleaning via the HP printer Menu / display. After that I tryed another testprint. Now there was nothing anymore on the Paper -- !! Printer does not print !! And there is a second issue The pinter-head-unit remains in the parking / rest position!! So I can't change the ink-container (can't take them out ) I would be glad to get a reply or help from you Thanks a lot in advance Rgards R. Louis
Hi. I'm sorry you are having trouble with the printer. Ink cartridges seem to be getting old, they may have dried inside, that's why color stops coming out on paper. Try resetting the printer to see if that will bring the carrier to the middle.
@@303electronics Hi I tryed resetting the Printer but that did not work. I have the impression that after the printer has found out via the chips in the ink-containers, that the ink- container are not from HP, the software stops further printing and that the software is also the reason, that the printerhead remains in the rest position after swiching the printer on. As you know the no-name ink-container are filled with much more ink and they cost much less than the one from HP. To me it seems that HP is forcing the user - via the software - to buy the Ink-container from HP, otherwise they will let you enter the discribed trouble. If I start a print from my PC I hear that the printer head leaves the parking position and starts moving right - left and so on, but not printing (no Ink on the paper). thanks in advanc, best regards R. Louis
Ribbons from the print head are easy to take out, but spent 30 mins trying to put on back in. Wasted time and a lot of money. What pieces of shit these printers are.

Thanks for helping me out! I have model xx25 and will be cleaning the ink build up, hopefully it will lead to cleaner prints and fewer paper jams.
Thank you very much. I cleaned the inner surface of a scanner glass of mine HP 4625 with the help of this video.
