      Thank you for viewing my video and offering words of praise. Regarding your question, I am a doctor with training in allopathy, and I lack comprehensive knowledge of ayurvedic medicines, making it difficult for me to provide commentary on them. It is generally advised against combining different medical approaches, as it becomes challenging to discern the specific effects of each medication. I recommend allopathic medicines for diabetes to my patients, as my expertise lies in that field. Through extensive clinical studies and case reports, we have a thorough understanding of the expected outcomes of various medicines, including when to adjust dosage and any necessary precautions. Thanks for reaching out.

    • @whoiskamalsingh

    • @whoiskamalsingh

Best wishes to you 🙏🙏

      Hello Sir! I'm deeply sorry to hear about your wife's condition. It must be incredibly challenging for both of you. It's reassuring to know that your wife is under the care of Dr. Kailash Bhatia in London. He is known for his expertise in clinical neurology and movement disorders. However, considering the complexity of Parkinson's Disease, seeking additional opinions from neurologists at corporate hospitals in Gurgaon or any other metro might provide valuable insights and treatment options tailored to her specific needs. These hospitals often have multidisciplinary teams and access to advanced diagnostic tools that can contribute to a comprehensive care plan. Ultimately, the decision should be made based on what you feel is best for your wife's well-being. Parkinson's can indeed pose various challenges, including clinical fluctuations. Therefore, it's crucial to select a doctor or medical team that remains accessible for any queries, embraces newer therapies, prioritizes patient-centered care, and demonstrates empathy throughout the treatment journey. This approach ensures comprehensive support and addresses the evolving needs associated with Parkinson's Disease. Please take care of her and in case you have any academic queries, don't hesitate to reach out. I wish your wife good health!!!

From what I can see, the medication regimen and schedule seem fine. We understand that medications have to titrated up and down and optimizations are to be done as per the clinical response. I must add, without knowing the clinical state or test reports, I can't provide further comment. Nevertheless, It seems to me that you're receiving optimal treatment, especially under the care of an experienced neurologist. Wishing you a speedy recovery and thank you for your understanding. Hi Jagdish Ji! So, when it comes to Parkinson's disease, DBS surgery can really make a positive impact on symptoms like tremors, stiffness, slowness, and dyskinesias. While it's not a total cure, it can significantly reduce the need for medications and boost overall quality of life.
      Think of it like a reset button for the brain's abnormal firing patterns, bringing about a noticeable improvement in those parkinsonian symptoms. Thanks for reaching out!

      Certainly! In Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS), treatment typically involves a combination of therapies to manage symptoms and support recovery. This includes intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) or plasma exchange to boost the immune system and reduce inflammation, along with medications for pain management and physical therapy to maintain muscle strength and mobility. The duration of treatment can vary depending on the severity of symptoms and individual response, often lasting several weeks to a few months. Throughout your treatment journey, it's important to stay closely connected with your healthcare team, who will monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed. If you have any concerns or questions about your treatment, please don't hesitate to reach out. Take care, and wishing you a smooth recovery!

      Hello Vivek Ji, Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) can be confused with Parkinson's disease as they share some symptoms. However, PSP is characterized by more significant speech and swallowing difficulties compared to Parkinson's. People with PSP tend to lean backward and experience challenges looking downward, distinguishing them from Parkinson's patients who often lean forward. PSP progresses faster than Parkinson's and generally lacks the typical tremor associated with Parkinson's.
      Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) currently lacks a cure. Management aims to enhance the overall quality of life for as long as possible. While there are no medications designed specifically for PSP, individuals in the early stages may find some relief from symptoms through drugs like levodopa or amantadine, commonly used in Parkinson's disease treatment. Additionally, treatment approaches may involve antidepressants and supportive aids such as prism glasses, walkers, or physical therapy. The focus is on alleviating symptoms and enhancing the well-being of individuals affected by PSP. Thank you for reaching out!

    Sir mujhe yeh janna hai ki head shaking( titubation) ko rokne ke liye konsa medicine best hai,please mujhe batao sir.

    • @whoiskamalsingh

      Hi Prabhat, while titubation itself is not curable, addressing underlying causes can help manage head tremors. Medications like different types of anti-seizure drugs, benzodiazepines, beta-blockers may be prescribed. Doctors may consider other groups of medications to control the titubations, especially if you have other medical conditions as well. A referral to a physical therapist can also assist in reducing head tremors through muscle-managing exercises, potentially improving coordination over time. In some cases, surgery can also be needed, DBS i.e. deep brain stimulation. So, this is the state of things with titubation - there's no best medicine and the management protocol depends on underlying cause basically. Thanks for reaching out!

      Ropark 0.5 mg contains ropinirole as its active ingredient. It's used alone or with other medications to treat Parkinson's disease (PD), which causes movement problems, muscle stiffness, and balance issues. It's also used for restless legs syndrome (RLS), a condition causing leg discomfort and an urge to move them, especially at night. Ropinirole acts like dopamine, a natural brain chemical, to help control movement. Thank you for watching!!!

      I'm truly sorry to hear about your father's struggles with Parkinson's disease. It's understandable how challenging this must be for both him and your family. While I can't offer personalized medical advice without a thorough examination and understanding of your father's medical history, I can certainly provide some general guidance and support.
      First and foremost, it's crucial for your father to continue working closely with his medical team to manage his Parkinson's symptoms effectively. Sometimes, finding the right combination of medications and therapies can take time and may require adjustments along the way. It's essential to communicate openly with your father's doctors about his symptoms and any concerns you may have regarding his current treatment plan.
      In addition to medical management, there are also various lifestyle modifications and supportive therapies that may help improve your father's quality of life. These can include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and counseling or support groups for both your father and your family.
      Regarding your father's difficulty with mobility and urinary issues, it's essential to address these symptoms promptly with his doctor/s and medical team. They can assess the underlying causes and recommend appropriate interventions to help manage these symptoms effectively. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions. Wishing you and your father all the best on his journey towards improved health and well-being.

      Hello, I’m sorry to hear about your mother’s situation. Parkinson’s disease can be challenging to manage, especially as it progresses. Levodopa is a common treatment, but sometimes adjustments to medication or additional medicines / therapies are needed as the disease advances. It’s important to regularly review her treatment plan with her neurologist, as they can make changes based on her current condition and symptoms.
      In addition to medication, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and other supportive treatments can play a crucial role in improving quality of life. If you’re not seeing the improvement you hoped for, seeking a second opinion from another specialist can be beneficial. Multiple opinions can provide different perspectives and treatment options, which is particularly important in managing these types of chronic diseases. Keep working for the best possible care for your mother and stay hopeful, as ongoing research continues to bring new advancements in Parkinson’s treatment. I am sending my best wishes to your mother. 🙏🙏
