Sir, Sometimes when walking in the rain with my grand daughter i noticed that children had to cross a pool of dirty water. I sometimes thought of laying the tiles lying some feet away so that small children can walk over it and cross it. One day i thought of actually doing it myself. But to my surprise, i found that the ditch was actually filled and done well so that it became walkable, by some unknown labourers. This sweet experience I thought, was how par matma have helped me.
The thing that strikes the most is to differentiate between the heart frequency sounds and mind thoughts. I'm suffering the most I always surprised by this continues instructions coming from inside now I become to know what these sounds are. There is a sound that talk to me even in dreaming state .
