RESTAURANT STYLE CHILLI CHICKEN RECIPE

  • Ingredients:-
    Boneless chicken 400gm
    Soya sauce 2tsp
    Vinegar 1/2tsp
    Black pepper powder 1tsp
    Salt (as per taste)
    Chopped spring onion
    Onion and capsicum (square shape)
    Cornflour 2tsp
    Maida 2tbsp green chili (2)
    Method of preparation;-
    Cut cube shape Boneless chicken (400gm).
    Clean and marinate with black pepper powder (1/2tsp),chili powder 1tsp,salt 1/2tsp,Soya sauce (1tsp),maida (2tbsp),Cornflour 2tbsp,and ginger garlic paste 2tsp.
    Deep fry marinated chicken in medium flame.
    Heat kadai,put oil (3tbsp),ginger garlic paste 2tsp saute 2min. Add capsicum and onions,saute well.
    Add Soya sauce 1tsp,vinegar 1/2tsp salt as per taste. Then after 3min add water and slurry.
    Boil. Lastly add fried chicken. Cook 2min.
    Garnish with Chopped spring onion. Enjoy ☺️
