I'm not a nurse or a doctor!! I have 4kids 4grandkids!! That cry alarmed me from day one!! I said when he gets older if it doesn't change something wrong!! It may be cat syndrome!! That and fetal alcohol syndrome has alot of similar symptoms!! The cry makes me think it's cat syndrome!! That's not the proper term!! It's a nick name because of the sound of the cry sounds like a cat!! I pray he gets the proper care every child is special and a gift from TMH no matter what's wrong with them!!🤔🤔

All we need to look at her mother birth 12 of them and look how they all turned out to be, she wanting to repeat the same cycle of life she raised in, they have mental issues that you can see that runs in the family with father, mother, and all the siblings, and grandparents also.
She has missed the window for her growth, and she sees nothing wrong with her actions. She is broken, so expecting her to do normal healthy things is kind of sick.😊
