I love what you’ve done here and I’m wondering a couple things: did you muddle the juniper berries or just put them in whole? Also, what coffee did you use for this? Did you choose it based on any relation of tasting notes to added ingredients? 100% fascinated!!!
It is a concentrate at least. You get 50oz or 1.4 liters in concentrate, so after diluting it you get about 100oz or 10 cups of coffee. Still uses a little more than your average brewing method. I'm sure you could keep the ratios similar and just brew less at a time.
