My top 16 from Hong Kong 🇭🇰🇭🇰🇭🇰 F-tier D-tier 16. 🇰🇿 Kazakhstan (The national final was a downgrade from last year's but this song is the one of four song that I wanted to see in Paris (The other two were Armen and Aıǵanym)) In the case of Beknur, I only hope he could do well with this song instead of "Human") C-tier 15. 🇧🇬 Bulgaria (Not really bad song, but very forgettable) B-tier A-tier 14. 🇲🇹 Malta (Really uptempo and interesting song. Beautiful voice from kaya with the iconic rapping part of Ike. And this is currently my second most favorite Maltese Jesc entry so far after the one in 2017. Their revamp is very fantastic!) 13. 🇵🇹 Portugal (very beautiful fado song. It stands out from the fast bangers and bops in this year but it is a bit forgettable) 12. 🇺🇦 Ukraine (Very powerful vocal and song, it was one of my top 3 picks for winning national final so very happy to see Ellen to win after a failed attempt from last year ("Never get free")) 11. 🇬🇪 Georgia (Very cool nostalgic song with 60-80s elements.
