You are absolutely right that fishing by yourself and testing out everything in your tackle along with your techniques will just boost your confidence in catching fishes. I love testing out different color jigs, different plastics, jigging rhythms, etc just because every fish is attracted to something different specifically for walleyes. Yeah, live bait works great and almost all of the time but damn does it feel better to catch it on plastics or artifical baits.

@@ClaytonSchickOutdoors Slow 2 weekends ago as a storm system moved in, and this last weekend it was so windy we only managed to get out on Saturday evening and the bite was good but a lite one! I’m hoping now with this warmer weather this week they will be in shallow again and less big winds so we can crush some more walleyes 👍🏻Love the videos keep up the great work Clayton!!
