They eyeshadows may have gone ‘hard pan’? The last saving grace for them could be to scrape the top layer off of each eyeshadow pan and see if that release the colour( they might be pressed wrong and have some sealant on them) but honestly the pigment might just not be there which is so disappointing. Maybe try that hack but no guarantees!
